Jessica Wyman is a homegrown Idaho girl that iswild about being outside. But professionally she’s an author,speaker, yoga teacher, food blogger, hosts her own tv show,Jessica’s Clean Eats and co-founder of the wellness program, Clean& Lean Health Academy.
If you ask her friends about her, they’llprobably say she’s funny, sometimes swears like a sailor and thatshe has a problem with Scott - a.k.a. her mountain bike that she’sobsessed with riding. When she’s not working Jessica isbiking, backpacking with her ladies adventure group,#GetMoreGirlsOutside, or in her kitchen cooking up somethingamazing because her favorite hobby is eating!

Her passion is in teaching people about livinga clean and lean healthy lifestyle and cooking up clean eats intheir kitchens - and not about some fad or quick fix. But herfood is so good you won’t feel like you’re dieting when you use herrecipes.
