From the infamous Affair of the Diamond Necklace and Marie Antoinette's involvement, to how Saint Germain's warnings about the downfall of the monarchy came true. The conversation then shifts to Saint Germain's connection to Thomas Mesmer and his influence on the development of hypnotism and personal magnetism. In this part of the conversation, Gil and Joey discuss Saint Germain's encounter with Bavarian soldiers during World War I. They speculate on Saint Germain's motivations and the possibility that he couldn't control where he ended up in time. Count Saint Germain's mysterious appearances throughout history, including dining with the Council of Trent, inspiring the signing of the Declaration of Independence, and meeting Guy Ballard to start the I Am Activity cult. The image of Saint Germain with Madame Blavatsky is a drawing, not a real photo. The Ascended Masters are beings who go beyond human potential and drive the evolution of humanity. Saint Germain's involvement in historical events is often accompanied by strange occurrences, such as fires destroying evidence. Herbert, Saint Germain's comedic copilot, adds humor to the narrative. In this part of the conversation, Joey and Gil discuss the theory that Count Saint Germain was the wandering Jew and the connection to Nicholas Flamel, the alchemist who created the Philosopher's Stone. They also joke about opening a falafel restaurant called The Philosopher's Stone and a hummus restaurant called We're All Humans and Hummus. Saint Germain, also known as Nicholas Flamel, may have been a time traveler who appeared throughout European history. He was a jack of all trades and generally looked upon as a nice person. However, he didn't actively try to help humanity with his time travels. He tried to warn some people about future events, but it didn't work out. Eventually, he gave up and started partying with his friends, sharing stories of the historical events he witnessed. Saint Germain's story is a reminder that life is about enjoying the present and creating memories with loved ones.

This week we went deep into the wild life and times of Count Saint Germain—seriously, it’s like this guy was living in a historical action-adventure flick. From time-traveling antics to secret peace talks and political intrigue, Saint Germain’s life was far from boring!
Saint Germain wasn’t just your average storyteller; he was flinging around wisdom that had people scratching their heads in utter amazement. Imagine chatting with someone who’s supposedly 45 but knows way too much for his age. We kicked things off with his involvement in peace talks between King Louis XV and England, which, of course, ended in major political drama and the king ultimately giving him the boot. Even after he warned the king about France losing its New World territories to England, no one took him seriously—bummer.
One of the more eyebrow-raising moments was our chat about the "Le Marchant box" or "cage of desire." It’s some kind of pleasure-inducing object, and yeah, we had our fair share of laughs and innuendos about that one. Plus, we couldn’t ignore how talented he was—50 musical compositions! The man was a one-man symphony.
Things get even more intriguing with the whole immortality or time travel theory, especially since he looked like he hadn’t aged a day for decades. His travels to Persia and India? Just another layer of his knowledge about nature, precious stones, and gem manipulation. Legend has it he could even turn flawed diamonds into something more valuable—alchemy at its finest.
His Russian escapades were straight out of a spy novel. He was involved with Catherine the Great and even disguised himself as a Russian general. Can’t forget about the drama around his supposed death in 1784 either—people aren’t convinced he actually died, which leaves us all scratching our heads and eager for part two.
Our episode was packed with all this intrigue, sprinkled with some of our usual banter and pop culture shoutouts. We even shared some behind-the-scenes fun for our Patreon fam and managed to chat about Colonel Sanders and mashed potatoes. Because, why not?

In Episode 105, we dive into the wild journey of Tsuruhiko Kiuchi, a guy who went from a near-fatal collapse at 22 to having an insane near-death experience (NDE) that took him to otherworldly places. We kicked things off by talking about Kiuchi's early life in Japan, his time in the Air Self-Defense Force, and the intense pain that led to his collapse.
Picture this: the pain was so extreme he felt like he was being pulled inside out through his stomach.
