This offseason is frozen in time for most of the MLB teams. The Pirates are no exception. Either the MLB Insiders aren't doing their jobs or the team front offices aren't. While we try and avoid talking about the same time every week, it's kind of hard to address anything new when news only comes every 3-4 weeks.
