After her experience as a nanny, Maggie Pearson spent several years working as a personal chef in Rhode Island, bringing the same level of care to each family she served. Charlotte Boyle, a designer and artist with a long career in fashion, always had a passion for baking, but it wasn't until the pandemic that she made a significant career change and became a founder! Formerly the global retail manager for Lulu Guinness, both in London and later in New York City, the mom of two who has also worked for a variety of children’s wear companies, decided to shift her focus in 2020.
