How can pain and strong emotions become the positive impetus for change? How can we stop pushing down and pushing through and instead listen to the wisdom of our bodies and our heart’s emotions? How can we build a support network when we do not exist in a close-knit community of family and friends?
Welcome to the Collaborative Connections by OrthoPelvic PT! I’m your host for this week, Molli Atallah. This week’s episode will be the continuation of the first part of our interview with Sarah Vogel, Birth Doula, Postpartum Care Specialist, founder and owner of Sacred Matrescence

She has a deep passion for nurturing mothers throughout their journey of matrescence, or their transition to and through motherhood. As a doula and postpartum care provider, she supports the women in her community in a handful of ways. Her approach is mother centered and she places high value on the well-being of mothers, knowing that with their proper care comes a thriving postpartum experience and thus a more joyous, healthy transition into motherhood. Sarah has a thriving business of preparing and delivering nourishing meals to newborn mothers in their fourth trimester. Each meal is intentionally prepared with local, biodynamic ingredients and thoughtfully crafted to support the nourishment needs of each individual mother. When not cooking or attending births, Sarah is out in the mountains with her husband & babies soaking in the beauty that Colorado has to offer!*

When we’re not tuning into the wisdom of our bodies, we are actively tuning it out. How can we tune back in if we’ve been conditioned out of trusting our soul’s true desires for our entire lives?
Welcome to the Collaborative Connections by OrthoPelvic PT! I’m your host for this week, Molli Atallah. In this week's episode (part 2 of our interview), we will be joined by Nadia Hashimee, Sufi Spiritual Healer, founder of Lighthouse Healing. Nadia has always had a passion to serve humanity by way of healing. Since then she has worked as a Registered Nurse in the hospital as well as in office settings.
Her interest and study of Spiritual Healing began when she sought a healer to help her recover from Postpartum Depression. Following her doctor’s orders to get good sleep, keep up with exercise, as well and take an antidepressant, she felt her symptoms subside tremendously, but she sensed there was a deeper cause for the PPD in the first place and knew that to fully heal, she would have to get to the deeper levels of herself and heal with Divine Light.
While receiving healing sessions, Nadia began to study Spiritual Healing and perform healings too. What’s critical to Spiritual Healing for Nadia is to remove herself and her own ego ensure the highest degree of healing for her clients. Nadia’s training and practice is deeply rooted in a strong connection to the Highest Divine Light.
Nadia’s educational background and work as a Registered Nurse is unique in the field of Spiritual Healing. She brings gentle caring, understanding and professionalism with her into the world of Spiritual Healing.
Nadia is certified by the Institute of Spiritual Healing and has been a practitioner of Sufi Spiritual Healing since 2016.
