This is called a fixed mindset and it’s one of the things that can trip up a yoga teacher if she wants to feel confident when she teaches. In today’s episode, I’ll share some personal stories about how I overcome this mindset and set off to build a more empowering approach to how I think about myself and how I bring more confidence to teaching.
