Keely is based in Southland and is a new mum to Baby Hudson who is currently 8 months old.
Prior to having Hudson, Keely has completed the Coast to Coast, Taupo 70.3 and Challenge Wanaka to name a few.
Recently we started building back into running with a couple of half-marathon goals to tick off. Today we check in to see how she managed her build-up, how those half marathons went, and how she re-found the love of running and events.

Rachel Baker has recently completed the Kaikoura Adventure race where her and her Team Gearshop finished on top of the podium winning the premier 48hr race.
Rachel is still only young but it feels like she has been around the adventure racing world for a long time with Multiple Godzone finishes and has raced in China, South America and Australia recently.

Riding from Queenstown to Invercargill - all 235kms. Mo fills us in on her experience.
This years ride was aptly named the 'Million Dollar Ride' as the goal for the 13th Annual ride was to raise $80000, to bring the total to $1000000 raised in the 13 years of the ride.... and they did it!

Season 4 Episode 1 of the WHAKA 100 Podcast is all about the COUNTDOWN to WHAKA 100, 2024.

Whaka 100 is the southern hemisphere's largest and toughest one day MTB event, and New Zealand's largest cycling event. Last year the event hosted over 3,000 riders, across seven distances.

Team CP NZ Connect- Ep 8 – FLYNN GOODGER
Flynn has been working with Team CP since 2020 when as a 19 year old he took on his first Coast to Coast individual event - the starting point for most to get into adventure racing and exploring in the outdoors.
He has continued to push the boundaries over that time improving his running and challenging himself to see what he can achieve.
He has completed GODzone had a crack at the Revenant (a Backlays Marathon Style event in Central Otago) and more recently joined the Fear Youth Adventure Race squad and racing in the Philippines and America.

- Climbed Manakau a 2880m peak in the Kaikoura ranges, - Jogged around Wharariki which is just south of Farewell Spit in Golden Bay
- Had a crack at climbing Mt Aspiring Wanaka
- Danced lots at Electric Avenue in Hagley Park
- Jogged up and down the Pinnacle a 1400 metre peak Richmond Ranges…

Melissa Walker completed the full Ironman in Taupo last Saturday and had an absolute blinder in tough conditions. She has been working with Team CP over the past 18th months and in that time has built through local triathlon events, Ironmaori Half in November to completing IMNZ last weekend. Like most of us Mel’s build up has not been without its challenges and we look forward to sharing Mel’s story.
