Hi Guys!
Welcome to the show! In today’s episode, I’m sharing how syncing your tasks with your natural 28-day cycle can make decluttering (and life) a whole lot easier.
Now, let’s talk about syncing your tasks with your 28-day cycle, based on the book "In the Flow" by Alisa Vitti. Here’s a quick overview of the four phases of your cycle and how to use them to get more done:
1. Follicular Phase: Great time for planning and starting projects.
2. Ovulatory Phase: Ideal for physical tasks, like decluttering.
3. Luteal Phase: Focus on wrapping up and handling details.
4. Menstrual Phase: Perfect for rest, reflection, and journaling.By aligning your tasks with your natural energy, you’ll reduce stress, feel more productive, and get more done. It’s all about working *with* your body’s rhythms instead of against them.
Check out the book and let me know how you’re syncing your tasks with your cycle in the Facebook group!

Hi Guys!
In today’s episode, I’m thrilled to share insights from a new moon meditation practice I attended last night. This episode dives deep into the transformative power of manifesting and the importance of internal boundaries.
Start Small - Begin your journey of self-work with manageable commitments.
2. Prioritize Yourself - Recognize the importance of keeping promises to yourself.
3. Embrace Change - Understand that changing your internal dialogue is crucial for personal growth.
4. Manifestation and Commitment - Use the new moon as a catalyst for setting intentions and commitments to yourself. As we embrace the new moon today, I encourage you to take a moment for yourself. Whether it’s a few minutes of quiet or a simple promise, let this be the start of a deeper commitment to yourself.

Hey Guys,
In this episode, I share about how a simple $20 whiteboard transformed my life and can do the same for you. I introduce the concept of a communication system that helps families stay organized and on the same page about daily schedules. By writing down the day’s events, activities, and even chores, the whiteboard serves as a visual reminder for everyone in the household. But it can also serve as an accountability manager, a planning tool, and a mindfulness prompt.
Here is a link to the whiteboard I bought but any will work!

Hi Guys,
In this episode I talk about how rather than debating in your head what you are potentially giving up when you decide to part with something, focus on what you are gaining. And not just more space and more time. You are gaining somthing much more powerful: spiritual needs.

Hey guys!
In this episode I talk about how to apply mindfulness to decluttering. Some of the strategies I talk about here are creating space for your mind to relax, by setting a timer. Then to manifest what you want your life to look like, and how decluttering is the step you can take today to move that needle forward. I also talk about how to relax the nervous system by taking deep breaths, and finally, how getting rid of the clutter is going to allow space to receive what you really want in life.

Hi Guys,
In this episode I give a quick reminder of how important it is to stay on top of these three areas that always seem to get out of control. The short answer: Do them every day. Do one load of laundry a night and run the dishwasher every night. I KNOW you already know this, but this is your reminder with a couple of hacks of how to stay on top of it.
I hope this helps!

Hi Guys!
In this episode I talk about how to create quick time blocks for your week. No planner required, just a piece of paper and a pencil. You will feel AMAZING once you do this quick activity, and your week will be more productive, calm, orderly, AND you will have time to move the needle forward in all areas of your life because you won't be bouncing from task to task.

Hi guys!
In this episode I talk about simplifying your categories when decluttering a very cluttered space, like a garage. The more simple you make the categories, the less emotional and the less energy your project will take. We want to make the project so simple that it's like working out: a physical rather than an emotional experience.
Hope this helps!

Hi Guys,
In this episode I talk about what's really behind the "no" to getting rid of stuff. I also provide a step-by-step strategy that will help you with your approach to getting him on board.
Here are your steps:
First, talk about how the stuff is making you feel: anxious, stressed, worried
Ask if you can text him a pic of a few things and he can decide whether to keep or donate to someone who might use them
Wait a week or two
Text him another picture of a few things
Continue to send him pictures of a few things at a time so he can decide
I hope this is helpful!

Hi Guys,
Just because we CAN take care of everything doesn't mean we SHOULD take care of everything. We are capable of doing so much - taking care of the kids, the house, the spouse, the driving, the scheduling, the shopping, the cooking, everything - but when this becomes our life to the degree that we have no time to appreciate the small moments we know it has gotten out of hand. It's time to step back, delegate, declutter and take care of you. Give yourself some space.
