In the premiere episode of 'Espo's Take', Phil Esposito and Jimmy Murphy examine the differences between buying and launching an NHL expansion team now compared to when Espo did so finding and launching the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1992. When he was awarded the Lightning a team cost $50 million compared to the astronomical $650 million it will cost if Seattle, Houston or another city are to get a team in the next two to three years. Espo and Murph also look at ptential relocation candidates and Esposito is adamant that Quebec City and the beautiful Videotron Centre will still get a team. Could that team be relocated from another Canadian city? Tune in to the first episode of 'Espo's Take' to find out!
