Many people raved about this 2021 Crime Drama-ish movie starring Matt Damon and Abigail Breslin, so we gave it a shot. Lets just say we will not be raving about this movie. It is loosely based on the Amanda Knox story. When they say loose, they mean like back alley at the bowling alley loose if you know what I mean. We had more fun reviewing it than watching it. This 2008 Australian Horror/Thriller has the FCR gang debating the purpose of the movie. This movie does exist, it is real, even if some believe the world would be better off without it. It follows a family that lost a sixteen year old daughter, began to notice a haunting or following from the daughter, and then learned that the daughter was in a scandalous relationship. There are some strong opinions, hurt feelings, and disdain during the review. Somehow, they all make it through alive. We Hope you Enjoy.

The film follows up years after the original events in the universe of the 1984 blockbuster Ghostbusters. With such large shoes to fill there was a lot to live up to, and the expectations were high. Kristen, Luke, and Justin review the 2012 found footage comedy Project X in this episode. This movie was definitely one of Luke's favorites and he liked it more than Why Him! The film is about three high school seniors that are not a part of the in crowd. Thomas has his 17th birthday coming up and his parents will be out of town, so Costa throws him the most Epic party Pasadena has ever seen. The movie stars a ragtag bunch of first timers, that give their own renditions of high school boys/girls. Give it a listen and listen to the debauchery that ensued within the review.

In this episode the cast reviews Taking Lives the 2004 Crime Thriller starring Angelina Jolie, Kiefer Sutherland, and Ethan Hawke. Angelina Jolie plays an FBI profiler hired to help solve a recent murder in Canada. Ethan Hawke plays a recent victim that got away before abduction, and Kiefer Sutherland is portrayed as the potential murderer. Venom - Let There be Carnage is the 2021 sequel to the 2016 anti-hero/superhero movie Venom. The film stars Tom Hardy and Woody Harrelson, and a directorial debut from Andy Serkis. The FCR gang was taken back by the shift of direction for the sequel and found they were having consistent difficulty finding anything even remotely positive to say about it. This episode finds the FCR crew lost in the 1999 found footage horror movie The Blair Witch Project (Luke's pick). The film is arguably the grandfather of the genre and is memorable for a multitude of reasons, the strongest of which being its overall scare factor and advertising campaign at the time the film was released. During this episode, Kristen, Luke, and Justin review and discuss the extended version of the classic, "The Outsiders". The film is based on a book written by S.E. Hinton about rival groups/gangs in a small town within Oklahoma. The protagonist Ponyboy is a Greaser, which come from the lower class families and live on the wrong side of the tracks. The Socials (Soc's) are the preppy highborn kids from wealthy families. An unfortunate event leads to Ponyboy and one of the other greasers having to skip town and hope for redemption or leniency. The movie stars Patrick Swayze, Tom Cruise, Rob Lowe, Emilio Estivez, Leif Garrett, Ralph Maccio, Matt dillon, C. Thomas Howell, and Diane Lane. The combination of the star-studded cast, coming of age story, and rival gangs gives the crew a lot to talk about. Give us a listen, and let us know what you think?
