Meet Vasudha, a self confessed fitness addict. She picked up running in her late 30's (Ahem Ahem.. to those who think it is too late to start!). The beginning was just about running one foot before the other, before she figures in her own words that there is an actual science behind this madness and discovered the joys of community running, in our very own Runner's High!
