Jonny and Sparks respond to some questions sent in by listeners that focus upon the topic of resilience. How do we come back after our confidence gets knocked? How do we reinvent ourselves after heartbreak and disappointment especially when it keeps coming at us? This episode aims to offer alternative and more inspiring perspectives upon what is possible for us all as human beings. We discuss what would life be like if we were truly and absolutely committed to growth and to revealing our potential over and above everything else. What would happen to our relationship with challenge and with the unknown, with fear and frustration? What might this look like for our performance, for our connection to others and our fulfilment. As ever, thank you for listening, supporting and being open to exploring. Any questions you have for us to look into please send to [email protected] – we’ll get right into them!

This week’s Monday discussion episode between Jonny and Sparks focuses upon the concept of living authentically and what it may mean to live one’s truth. What is our truth? How do we uncover it, connect to it, find the courage to express it in the things we do that we love, the things we do that we don’t and with everyone else’s truth and their opinions thrown in there too? Purpose, guidance, living in the now, being fully present, love and our potential – it’s all up for discussion in this one. We hope you find it resonates and aids you in your own journeys somehow. Take care.

How does a top neurosurgeon process a full on trip to the afterlife? In this episode Jonny and Sparks hear from neurosurgeon Dr Eben Alexander who found himself in a week long coma suffering from E. coli meningoencephalitis having been given 2% chance of survival and zero chance of recovery by his doctors. Dr Eben’s return to health is miraculous enough but when you pair this with his incredible near death experience it becomes mind blowing. Dr Eben’s message is clear and inspiring and his understandings are scientifically backed and evidence based. Death is not what we think it is. And neither is life. What does this mean for human potential? We will let him explain. Please enjoy.
Dr Eben Alexander has written three books : Proof of Heaven, Map of Heaven, Living in a mindful Universe (along with Karen Newell).
