I probably sound like a broken record, but hey, if you didn't know, oxidative stress is a major player in men's infertility. And at the moment we have very expensive and limited ways to find out just how much it is affecting each man. It makes sense that supplements designed to combat oxidative stress would be the antidote. Right??!
Plot twist!
You'll need to listen to the end to hear all about which supplements we have researched, what the WHO recommends about male supplements, the risks of taking them when you don't need them, and some practical (and safe) changes we can make.

Here to reduce your endo pain naturally? Join me as I explore the intricate relationship between estrogen dominance, inflammation, and certain types of fats, such as palmitic acid, which quite likely make things worse. You'll hear where things are at between endometriosis and red meat, alcohol, caffeine, and even environmental disruptors like pesticides and BPA. While some people with endometriosis find relief by cutting out certain foods like gluten and soy due to their potential inflammatory effects, you'll figure out if this is something YOU need to do, and how to go about it.

But fear not my fellow endo warriors, I've got a list of seven strategies to combat the belly, ranging from food tweaks to lifestyle changes. And if you're up for it, grab your handy resource with even more tips to bid farewell to your phantom pregnancy days. So let's say goodbye to bloating and hello to feeling fabulous.
