In this episode we spoke with retired battalion chiefs Gary Lum and Wayne Masuda. They both help to support the Hawaii State Fire Council. We discussed their backgrounds, experiences that helped shape their careers and their work with the State Fire Council. A topic we discussed was the efforts by the Honolulu Fire Department to implement its High-Rise Condominium Life Safety Evaluation program.
