We’re joined by Dr. Perry Jansen, founder of the Malawian-run organization Partners in Hope, to talk about improving the state of HIV/AIDS care in sub-Saharan Africa, building sustainable partnerships, and what it takes to bring access to care in underserved regions. Dr. Jansen has spent decades working to improve healthcare capacity in sub-Saharan Africa, starting out with HIV/AIDS care in Malawi. He has also served as a VP of Partnerships with Medsend, helping to prepare, send and support national and international medical missionaries.
