I've been neglecting the podcast for far too long. I enjoy making episodes but it is just another thing on a long list of jobs to do that I don't have time for. (Or don't find time for!)
So I've come up with the idea of a PLODcast. Where by I'll be recording short PlodCast episodes raw and unedited on my phone while I'm out on my daily walks.
And that's where you should be while listening, out on a walk!
As it's raw and off the cuff you might hear birds singing in the background, sounds of the sea, me shouting at "Marty the Party" our dog, or traffic and roadworks. But who cares, the content will be dynamite!

Steve Brown Captained the GB Wheelchair Rugby Team at the 2012 Paralympic Games. Now he is an award winning TV presenter with BBC shows such as Countryfile, Escape to the Country and well as commentating on sports such as the Invictus Games, London Marathon & Wimbledon.
We've been very good friends for a long time and he came to speak about his life, before and after his accident, motivation & mindset and getting out of your comfort zone.

Craig Peters - otherwise known as The Burpee Guy came on to my Facebook a while back to have a chat about all things Health, Fitness & Mindset.
Craig is a Personal Trainer, Motivational Speaker, absolute MACHINE and all round great human. He has an amazing story too!
Back in 2016 - he did 67,527 burpees to help raise £17k for St George's Hospital in London, where his twin boys were born and needed specialist care.This was before he even worked as a PT, and it kickstarted his renewed passion for fitness & helping others.
He then decided that wasn't enough, and set his sights on the world record for the most burpees in 24 hours, which was 10,110. He then beat his beat his 2016 total and did 104,884!!!
Most of us hate the prospect of being given 50 as a finisher in the gym! Fook that!
Coming from a PR background, he managed to get great exposure for the fundraising including features Men's Health.
Reebok in the US picked up on this and sent him loads of training gear, and even made him a surprise advert/video with all the top Crossfit Athletes willing him on. He has been an ambassador ever since.
I've known Craig for years and I'm proud to call him a friend. The transformation he has been through has been tough and bumpy, bit nothing less than amazing!
