We have another training podcast for you and this is one of my favourite topics to discuss.
Lateral work is a vital key to keeping your horse supple, relaxed, and developing strength. People are often nervous to start this as they think it needs to be a big jump up in training but it's very easy to slowly move it into your work.
Enjoy and make sure to share this on social media when you are listening!
