Here are the 3 Steps to building unshakable 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 are two separate things.
Many people are Motivated, very few are Confident.
You may be inspired or motivated to do something, but until you take 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, make 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 or actually 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 it you won't be confident.
Because true unshakable 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 is only EARNED.
Progress and action are the primary way to build 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. A self-confident person is simply someone who keeps promises to themselves. Those promises compound over time.... Good or Bad.

Well, I was watching an interview with LeBron James and the interviewer asked him " How do you have the confidence when things are coming down to the wire or they get tough".
His answer made my hair stand up, He said "𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!!! I revert to my preparation, and I know nobody has prepared better or more thorough than me"
Imagine if we had that kind of dedication to our craft and life.

Deep down, we all know our choices ultimately determine our behaviors and those behaviors ultimately determine our outcomes.
Better said, every choice has a consequence or an outcome.
But… If we’re SERIOUS about actualizing our potential, achieving greatness, winning our own version of the World Series then there simply IS NO CHOICE. Moment to moment to moment we need to step in and give our 100, be the best version of ourselves. PERIOD.
We want to think choice is awesome. But, ultimately it’s NOT.
When we’re all in, there is no choice.
When you feel like you have choice or too many options. Its because you haven't actually decided.
When you get up? When you go to sleep? How you train? How you show up in your Work and your Love? So, let’s drop the illusion and make the ultimate decision that makes all the little decisions for us. Let’s go for greatness. TODAY.

More importantly, a Reflective Framework Having a model or framework encourages a structured process to guide the act of reflection. Leads to positive action. Creates less stress, overwhelm and frustration.

What, So What, Now What
What - Reflect and describe the current situation or circumstance? What happened or What is happening? Be as objective as possible. So What - How do I feel about this? Describe feelings, ideas and analysis of the situation, circumstance or experience. What impacts the way you view it(What lens are you viewing from)?Now What - What are you willing to do about it? What did I learn? What can I apply? This is the action step, the let it go or do something about it."Motion creates emotion"
Changing your physiology means changing your mental state and breaking your negative patterns. Great physiology, therefore, leads to great emotions, and that is one of the keys to getting unstuck. Foster a positive mental state and get unstuck by changing your physiology!

Your Focus determines your reality in any given moment through out the day and your life. So, when we are having those feelings of brain fog, writers block, overwhelm, or just plain lack of ability to get things done.
Remember, the fact is, our minds can only focus on ONE thing. So, the key to “blocking out” the external noise isn’t to try to “block out” the external noise. It’s to turn the volume up on your OWN focused thinking such that your mind doesn’t even notice the external distractions.
How do we do that? FOCUS. On what? On what's important now, in this moment.
Unfortunately, most of us have destroyed our ability to truly, deeply, sustainably Focus by allowing our minds to bounce from input to input to input all day every day.
We must train or in most cases re-train ourselves.
Focus is a choice
Re-focus is a SKILL
Focus isn't something you have, It's something you DO!
When you have those feelings that you can't get something done or you are in a wandering mind. Simply ask yourself.
What am I focused on right now?
That will allow you to Re-focus on what you WANT and now your actions can get back on task and lead you there.

This starts by getting clear on your goals, clear on the result you want, clear on the outcome you desire.
A Key Principle of high performance is knowing where you want to be and regularly looking at it and most important making it a key component of your Identity.
𝟮. Strategic Ignorance - you don't want to be informed about everything. most news, newsfeeds create fomo and fear which is all distractions taking you away from FOCUS

Discipline is pushing through pain, boredom, distraction, fear, insecurity and the ability to be decisive in the face of uncertainty and inadequacy.
Winners don't have motivation they have discipline.
You must build discipline into your Identity.
Your true identity shapes your beliefs
Your beliefs shape your behaviors
Your behaviors shape your results
Exercise: Write an Identity statement, start it with
"I am the type of person that...."
Mine : Doesn't miss workouts.
