I trained originally with Dr. Robb Kelly which was an enormous privilege as he is a recovery genius. I have also learned from Dr. Gabor Mate, Human Givens, and Tony Robbins. Upon completion of my training, I embarked on a learning journey. Addiction really is only the symptom of a greater issue, there is always a trauma involved and an emotional pain that we have learned to suppress by using. Having been involved in other recovery programs I wanted to bring a solution that is empowering, accessible, empathetic and not take you away from life. I have overcome emotional abuse, stroke and mental health difficulties. I survived to thrive, you CAN too.
I have gone from addiction to satisfaction. I take pride in that I am 100% authentic, experienced and client-focused. I owe a lot to my addiction as recovering from it has gone on to improve and develop my life as a whole. My stroke was a blessing too. Life is for living.
I am a very content, disabled, single mother of two amazing children. Who will not suffer from the problems of past generations.
