Join us as we learn about the benefits of cold water therapy combined with breathwork, with Jen Bailey-Hobbs at the beautiful Seedlings Retreats in West Wales.
Jen expertly guides Gwen and Kate through their first ice bath experience. And it just so happens that they had their mics switched on… so brace yourself for splashes, a lot of huffing and puffing, and the occasional squeal. Jen then sets listeners a challenge that they can do in the comfort (or not!) of their own homes.
Jen is an international breathwork instructor, cold water therapist, restorative yin yoga teacher and reiki master.
