John of Patmos is sitting all alone in a cave like a totally normal person, writing a letter to seven churches in modern day Turkey. Back in chapter two, he started to pretend he was Jesus. So far John pretending to be Jesus has called out the church of Ephesus for not loving Jesus hard enough. But praised them for hating a cult of wife swappers. He’s warned the church of Smyrna the devil is coming to town to incarcerate them all. He’s called out the church of Pergamon for eating barbeque and fornicating. Then he told Pergamon Jesus was coming with a sword in his mouth to fight them all. John has singled out a member of the church of Thyatira called Jezebel. For also eating barbeque and fornicating.

In this episode we’re diving deep down into the dark and seedy world of adult animation. Helluva Boss is an adult animated cartoon about 3 demons, Blitzo, Moxxie and Millie who work at a company called I.M.P which stands for Immediate Murder Professionals. These demons live in one of the seven rings of Hell and murder people in the living world. Hazbin Hotel is another animated series, set in the same universe as Helluva Boss and came out at the same time. In this episode we will investigate the mysterious world of Vocaloid. What is it? Why is it? And most importantly, does it upset Chri$tians?
Vocaloid is a voice synthesizer program launched by the Yamaha Corporation in 2004. This software allows users to synthesize human singing by typing in the lyrics, much like text to speech.
Each voicebank was modelled after professional singers and each voice bank has a custom avatar.
Each voice has an animated character that goes along with that voice. For example there are Kagamine Len and Rin who are twins with yellow hair.
Then there’s Megurine Luka who has long pink hair and is very elegant.
The most popular Vocaloid character is Hatsune Miku. A sixteen year old girl with long blue pigtails.
She has become the defining icon of the Vocaloid phenomena. When you think of Vocaloid, and I’m sure you do as often as I do, you think of Hatsune Miku.

In this episode we will look at one of English literature’s greatest names, the Romantic Poet, Lord Byron.
It is claimed outside of the U.K. he is the second most read British author behind Shakespeare.
We first mentioned Byron in our second episode, Science Fiction Satan, where we quoted contemporary poet Robert Southey who dubbed Byron and his good friend Percy Shelley as ‘The Satanic School’. Southey claimed their work was, ‘characterised by a Satanic spirit of pride and audacious impiety.’
Add to Southey’s glowing endorsement, there is of course the more famous quote about Byron from Lady Caroline Lamb who called him, ‘Mad, bad and dangerous to know.’
Then there’s his work, poems and plays about the apocalypse, angels of death, vampires, defying the gods, a tribute to Dante’s inferno, Lucifer and St Peter litigating over a King of England at the very gates of Heaven, an ode to Napoleon, likening him to our favourite disrupter, the witch of Endor from first Samuel, the devil’s drive or the story of Cain told from the point of view of murderous Cain himself.
After all of that, how could I resist doing an episode about this man?

In 1981 Huntington Park California guitarists Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman met at an audition and realised they were into the same stuff. Living only just around the corner was like-minded bass player and singer Tom Araya. All they needed to create the loudest, heaviest, fastest and most satany band ever was a double kickarse drummer. Then suddenly there was a knock at Kerry King’s door. 16 year old Dave Lombardo had been told there was another long haired disreputable type in the area. So the plucky, pizza delivery man went and introduced himself. The original, the classic and the most persistent line up was complete.
