I started "Stef Speaks Radio" in 2019 and I took a pause in 2022. A lot has changed over the last two years, and I’ve changed a lot as well.
I finally feel ready to turn the mic back on. It’s been a journey to get back here… a lot of overcoming my own limiting beliefs, fears, and excuses.
It’s crazy how something that has always felt so *right* for me was the very thing I kept pulling away from.
I don’t know exactly what this new chapter looks like; I just know I’m finally ready to start it and connect with this community in a way I’m deeply passionate about—one that goes far beyond fitness.
Here’s to new beginnings, continued growth and deeper connections. Thank you so much for being here, I can't wait to to share this new era with you.Follow my personal IG
