Gray Sutanto didn't respond to my interview request because I rebuked him for platforming sodomite-affirmers who claim to be "Neo-Calvinist" but are no more "Neo-Calvinist" than the "People's Republic of China" is the people's or a republic.

We kick off our series covering the "T&T Clark Hanbook of Neo-Calvinism" by interviewing Cam Clausing. Cam is the author of chapter 1 "God and the Trinity" - listen in as we discuss what, if any, updating or modifying did the Neo-Calvinists Abraham Kuyper, Herman Bavinck and G.C. Berkouwer bring (if any). We also discuss Cam's own translations of Bavinck and a few other nuggets along the way.

Today we're joined with Johan Snel author “The Seven Lives of Abraham Kuyper” and most recently “Abraham Kuyper, A Life in Journalism." Today Kuyper is known, at least in North America, as a Theologian and a politician, but in his own day was known chiefly as journalist. For almost 50 years the unrelenting pen of Kuyper was his chief exploit. Join us as we discuss Bram's contributions to journalism as well as we correct some oft-quoted/assumed quasi-"history" on Kuyper (like, for example, "Kuyper was a polemicist and loved to fight!" But, was he?). We also go into detail in regards to what were the outlets in which he wrote? How many pages were the papers? How many articles? What were his chief subjects? How much did it cost to buy a copy? What was the circulation? Who else contributed on the same outlets? Etc.

Join us as we sit down with Steven R. Martins, a sound brother who is keeping the Kuyperian flame burning, as we discuss his labors and contributions to neo-calvinism. Martins is the founding director of the Cántaro Institute and founding pastor of Sevilla Chapel in St. Catharines. A second-generation Canadian, Steven is of Iberoamerican parentage and has worked in the fields of missional apologetics and church leadership for over ten years. He has spoken at numerous conferences, churches, and University student events, from York University, Toronto, to the University of West Indies in Port of Spain, Trinidad, and the national Universities of Costa Rica (UNCR and UNC). He is the author of several books, including Apologetics: Studies in Biblical Apologetics for a Christian Worldview, and is the Series Editor for the Celebration of Faith Series. He has also contributed articles to Coalición por el Evangelio and the Siglo XXI journal of Editorial CLIR
