I am joined by Julia Greensmith from Joyful Connections who is a babywearing dance teacher. We chat how wearing your baby in a carrier can have a soothing effect on a colicky baby and help boost parent's mood too.
Julia is not only an amazing dance instructor but a mum of 4 too.
