Irish kickboxer Peter Carr makes his second appearance on the podcast, where he bares his soul and gets a lot of things off his chest. Peter opens up to us in-depth about his weed addiction and how it ruined his life and destroyed his relationships with his loved ones, and how he's trying to rebuild himself and reconcile with the people he cares about.
This is by far the most open, honest and heartbreaking episode we've ever done on this podcast so far, and we laud Peter for not being afraid to show his vulnerabilities.
Some listeners may find this episode distressing, as topics include addiction, mental health and suicidal ideation. We hope yous find this episode educational, as Peter highlights the dark side of smoking joints, which has often been glorified by society and the mainstream media. We also hope this episode wakes people up and make them realise that sessoning and taking drugs isn't fun and games as people are making it out to be. You're not cool or hard smoking joints or sniffing patsy on the weekends. It's one of the worst things you can do to yourself, and it'll leave you in a deep, dark hole that you'll struggle to get out of. We hope Peter's story helps you come to this realisation, and if it can help one person, then that's enough for us.
We normally don't do this, but please share this episode around to as many people as possible. The topics that we've discussed in this episode are very serious and need to be addressed and taken seriously, so any shares, words of ear, any way to spread this episode to more people would be greatly appreciated by us.

Adam Mulreany is a personal trainer, and he joins us for this episode. The majority of our chat for this episode was based on fitness and debating the good cop-bad cop dichotomy when it comes to dealing with clients.
We also chat to Adam about his experience with homelessness and living in a hostel, which was very eye-opening for us and we're sure it'll be the same for you.
This episode was organised last-minute, so we would like to thank Adam for agreeing to come talk to us on such short notice.

As I have mentioned in this episode, everybody loves a rags to riches story, but there is nun better than a comeback story. We hope that listening to Chris and his story on how he was at rock bottom and completely turned his life around for the better can inspire anyone who are currently going through what Chris had gone through and seek the help that they need and deserve. -
