In our season finale, Jeremy catches up with Trek Factory Racing rider Evie Richards and takes a look back at an epic weekend of racing at Zonhoven Superprestige and the return of Marianne Vos in Essen. Evie talks about her unconventional journey into cyclocross and growing up in a family dominated by sport. She’s had an incredible career already with two World Championship titles and yet the best is still to come. Evie talks to Jeremy about her phenomenal World Cup win in Namur where she beat Sanne Cant and Pauline Ferrand-Prevot. She also talks about the leg injury that has been holding her back this season and how she’s eager to make her return to racing this weekend at Ronse. Jeremy and Marty also preview the upcoming American National champs and we get a quick update from Stephen Hyde and Rebecca Fahringer ahead of the race.

This week Jeremy talks to Swiss cyclocross pro Simon Zahner about balancing his career with a wife and family, and how he's struggled with a career in a country where cycling is still relatively a fringe sport. He also shares his resources at races with a close friend and fellow Swiss pro, Marcel Wildhaber. Zahner is known within cross for being particularly skilled at riding in the snow and ice and he talks about how this has enabled him to get podiums at World Cups. He’s also got a 100% win record on the course which will have the upcoming 2020 Cyclocross World Championships and talks honestly about how he expects to race there.
Also this week, Erwin Vervecken talks about how he designs a cyclocross racecourse after the incredible urban race in Kortrijk city centre, as well as where he’d like to build a race in the future. -

This week Jeremy talks to Belgian National Champion Toon Aerts about his career so far. Toon grew up racing in Belgium and the Netherlands, and found himself riding against Mathieu Van Der Poel at an early age. He also shares how important his family are to his career, two of his uncles work with his father for him and his brother in the pits as their mechanics. They talk about how Sven Nys has influenced his career, Toon emulated him as a junior and ended up racing against him before finally working alongside the Cannibal from Baal on the Telenet Baloise Lions team. Episode 6 also sees the return of Erwin Vervecken who chats to Jeremy about the latest rounds of the UCI Telenet Cyclocross World Cup and how Eli Iserbyt believes that he can beat Van Der Poel.
Marty and Jeremy also catch up with young British cross talent Thomas Mein about his breakthrough season as an U23 after winning the Tabor World Cup. -

Marty and Jeremy catch up on all of the action from two incredible races over the weekend from the Telenet UCI World Cup in Tabor and the Hamme Flandriencross DVV Trofee which were both won by Mathieu Van Der Poel and Annemarie Worst.
