Bill Foran has been with the Miami Heat since the organization was founded in 1988. In his first 29 seasons, Foran was the team's head strength and conditioning coach. After that, he served as a strength and conditioning consultant for the team as his son, Eric, assumed his previous role with the club. His many accolades include being named 2009 Co-NBA Strength Coach of the Year and 2017 NSCA Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year. In 2014, he was inducted into the USA Strength and Conditioning Coaches Hall of Fame. In 2021, he was the first recipient of the Bill Foran Lifetime Achievement Award for the NBSCA, an award that was named in his honor.

Dr. Mike Israetel is the cofounder and chief content officer for RP Strength (Renaissance Periodization). With a doctorate in sport physiology from East Tennessee State University, he is also a former professor at Lehman College, Temple University, and the University of Central Missouri, where he taught a variety of exercise science courses related to nutrition as well as strength and hypertrophy.
Israetel worked as a sports nutrition consultant for the U.S. Olympic training site in Johnson City, Tennessee, and has been an invited speaker at numerous scientific and performance conferences worldwide, including nutritional seminars at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York. He has coached numerous athletes in diet and weight training and is also a competitive bodybuilder and professional Brazilian jiujitsu grappler. Christle Guevarra, DO
Christle Guevarra is a former champion powerlifter. She currently maintains a telemedicine private medical practice and serves as an official traveling team physician for U.S. Figure Skating. She is also the production operations manager at RP Strength.
Guevarra holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and minor in mathematics from San Francisco State University, a master's degree in organic chemistry from University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences. Passionate about education, she was awarded a predoctoral teaching fellowship at Western University of Health Sciences, where she taught first- and second-year osteopathic medical students. She completed her family medicine residency at Crozer Health in Pennsylvania, where she was named Resident of the Year. She then completed her sports medicine fellowship at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, where she worked with Division I football players, professional athletes, and recreational athletes.

Robb Rehberg, PhD, ATC, NREMT
Dr. Robb Rehberg has served in many roles in the fields of athletic training, sports medicine, and emergency care. He is currently a professor of sports medicine and athletic training at William Paterson University of New Jersey and a senior medical advisor and Director of Game Day Operations for the National Football League (NFL). He also served as head athletic trainer at Westwood Regional Junior/Senior High School in Westwood, New Jersey, for 14 years; as a clinical athletic trainer at the Center for Concussion Care at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey; and as a high school and youth sport coach.
Rehberg has held several leadership positions, including serving as president of the Athletic Trainer's Society of new Jersey and as a member of the Eastern Athletic Trainer's Association and National Athletic Trainer's Association (NATA) District 2 executive boards.
Outside of athletic training, Rehberg has served as the director of first aid and emergency preparedness training and program development for the National Safety Council. His contributions and service to sport safety, athletic training, and sports medicine have been recognized through numerous awards, including induction into the halls of fame of both NATA and the Athletic Trainers' Society of New Jersey.
Rehberg has authored three textbooks in the field of sports medicine and has edited over a dozen first aid, CPR, and emergency preparedness textbooks and related training programs. He has served as an author or coauthor of dozens of publications and presented over 200 lectures on various topics in sports medicine and emergency care. He has also authored several online education programs, including ConcussionWise, a concussion education program that has trained over 2.5 million coaches, parents, and athletes in 53 countries. He served as executive producer for over a dozen first aid, CPR, and emergency preparedness training programs with the National Safety Council.
He is cofounder of two companies: Sport Safety International, an organization dedicated to the safe participation in sport and physical activity through education, and the Rehberg Konin Group, which is the largest group of athletic training legal experts in the world.
Rehberg earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training with a minor in health science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Sport Science degree from the United States Sports Academy, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in health science from Touro University.

Legendary track and field coach Boo Schexnayder has had an accomplished career spanning over 40 years, perhaps most notably coaching for Team USA and his 18-year tenure at Louisiana State University. Boo Schexnayder is internationally known as one of the leading authorities in training design. He is most noted for his 18-year term on the LSU Track and Field staff. Prior to arriving at LSU, Schexnayder spent 11 years at St. James High School in Louisiana coaching football, track and field, and cross country before moving on to Blinn Junior College and Louisiana-Lafayette. Regarded as one of the world's premier field event coaches, he was the mastermind behind 26 NCAA Champions during his collegiate coaching career and has been a part of 13 NCAA Championship teams and a pair of junior college national titles.
On the international scene, Schexnayder has coached 18 Olympians and seven Olympic/World Championship medalists. He served on coaching staffs for Team USA for the 2003 Pan Am Games in Santo Domingo, the 2006 World Junior Championships in Beijing, and was the jumps coach for Team USA at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.
Schexnayder has been heavily involved in Coaching Education. He formerly served as the national chair of USATF’s Coaching Education Committee, Jumps Subcommittee chair, and chair of the Biomechanics subcommittee. He was the founder of the Track and Field Academy, the educational branch of the US Track and Field and Cross Country Association. We know it is beneficial to rest between sets, but should you rest between reps? Cluster sets have been used since the 1940s, but there is still research being conducted to learn more about this unique training style. Dr. Greg Haff is a leader in this area both in researching and teaching the benefits of cluster sets. His experience with cluster sets began with Mike Stone while doing his own training as an athlete. After completing his PhD., he and his wife began doing research on cluster sets, and he has been exploring their benefits since that time. Gregory Haff, PhD, CSCS, *D, FNSCA
Greg Haff is a professor of strength and conditioning and the course coordinator for the postgraduate degree in strength and conditioning at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup, Australia. He has published more than 240 articles, centering his research on performance effects in the areas of strength training methodologies, performance testing, training theory, and nutritional supplementation. Haff is a past president of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a senior associate editor for the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. He was the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA) Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year for Education and Research and the 2011 NSCA William J. Kraemer Outstanding Sport Scientist Award winner. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with distinction (CSCS, *D), a UKSCA-Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCC), and an accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach. Additionally, Haff is a national-level weightlifting coach in the United States and Australia. He serves as a consultant for numerous sporting bodies, including teams in the Australian Football League, Australian Rugby Union, Australian Basketball Association, and National Football League.

Joel Raether, MAEd, CSCS, TSAC-F, RSCC*D
Joel Raether has over 20 years of experience in sport performance at the collegiate and professional levels, and he has worked with hundreds of lacrosse athletes of all levels. He is the managing partner at FAST Performance in Denver, Colorado, and has served as the head of performance for the Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) since 2008. The Mammoth won the NLL Championship in 2022. Raether also spent seven years at the University of Denver training a multitude of teams, including lacrosse. He has trained more than 10 NCAA national champions, All-Pro athletes, league MVPs, and Super Bowl champions as well as on Olympic gold medalist.
Matt Nein, MS, CSCS, RSCC*E
Matt Nein is the assistant director of athletics and recreation and coordinator of sports performance at Salisbury University, where he oversees the training programs of 23 varsity teams, three graduate assistants, and an intern and volunteer staff of 10. During his 20-year tenure, Nein has had the opportunity to work with 14 national championship teams (including 12 men's and women's lacrosse national champions), eight individual national championship athletes, and over 340 All-Americans. In 2018, he was named the NSCA's College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year after being a finalist in 2016 and 2017. Nein currently serves on the NSCA's Awards and Nominations Committee. He founded the NSCA Lacrosse Special Interest Group and now serves on its council. He also represents the NSCA as a liaison on USA Lacrosse's Sports Science & Safety Committee. Recently, Matt has been named the strength and conditioning coach for the 2024 U.S. men's box national team and 2027 U.S. men's sixes national team. When not training athletes, he serves as an adjunct professor in the health and human performance department at Salisbury University.

Nate VanKouwenberg, CFSC
Nate VanKouwenberg is a physical education teacher and strength and conditioning coordinator in the Victor Central School District in New York. Using his experience developing Victor's K-12 functional strength training curriculum, he has created a comprehensive professional development workshop for teachers, coaches, athletic directors, and college students called Functional Strength Training for PE. He has presented at countless conferences and school districts over the years to improve the quality of physical education fitness units and high school strength and conditioning programs. In addition, VanKouwenberg is the founder and owner of Next Level Strength and Conditioning in Rochester, New York. Since 2004, Next Level has helped a wide range of athletes and general fitness enthusiasts reach their goals. Aside from his role on the business and staff development side of Next Level, he also coaches their Pro Total Hockey Training group each summer. He served as the strength and conditioning coach for the Rochester Institute of Technology Division I men's hockey team for eight seasons.

Collette Ouseley-Moynan
Collette Ouseley-Moynan is a teacher, seeker, and connector in Austin, Texas. She has been leading yoga and meditation classes since 2010 and can currently be found hosting pop-up community events all over the city, including at Zilker Botanical Garden and as a part of Austin Public Library's programming.
Ouseley-Moynan began her journey into yoga while at Bennington College, where she was studying Italian language and theater. Through yoga, she found a deeper connection with her body, her spirit, and the inner workings of her mind. After receiving her bachelor's degree, she went on to stud at the College of Santa Fe, where she completed her master's degree in curriculum and instructional leadership in 2008. She went on to teach elementary school, worked as an educational consultant, and eventually moved into private school administration.
During her years working with children, she yearned to bring the same qualities of playfulness, curiosity, and exploration through movement into the adult realm, and thus she became certified to teach yoga in 2010. In 2016, Ouseley-Moynan completed her 500-hour certification with Laughing Lotus Yoga in New York. Since then, she has led over two dozen yoga teacher trainings, with both Wanderlust Yoga (in Austin) and Breathe for Change (in Los Angeles; Seattle; Washington D.C.; and Austin).
She is an avid traveler and has had the pleasure of hosting classes and retreats all over the world, including in Mexico, Morocco, Brazil, and Nicaragua. She currently facilitates Rest Fest, an annual yoga retreat. She is also certified in Lagree Fitness Instruction and is certified by MUNE as a meditation guide. She leads mindfulness practices with teams from Front Gate Tickets and Ticketmaster. Inspired by her time designing curricula for schools as a private consultant, Ouseley-Moynan puts the same attention into building her classes. Each practice purposefully follows an arc and is infused with philosophy, history, anatomy, and breath work to make the experience a holistic exploration.
Weston Carls
Weston Carls is a photographer from Austin, Texas, who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007 with a journalism degree and a concentration in multimedia design. He served 11 years as the creative director for a monthly fitness publication, Austin Fit Magazine, where he produced over 220 issues, completed 1,500 photo shoots, and created over 10,000 pages of content for various publications.
In 2018, Carls started TheFitBiz, Inc. which offers a variety of content-creation services. His mission is to build stronger communities through creative, impactful content. He has provided photography for multiple yoga books, including Power Yoga and Rocket Yoga. He has worked with notable personalities such as Olympian Gabby Thomas, and his work is seen inside Lululemon athletic stores in Austin and San Antonio. Carls was voted best photographer in Austin in 2022 and 2023.

Christian Thibaudeau
Christian Thibaudeau is a strength and conditioning coach with over 22 years of experience. He has taught seminars in over 20 different countries and has worked with athletes in 28 sports at all levels - high school to professional and Olympic athletes - as well as the everyday lifter. His training has also led him to work with competitors in the CrossFit Games and the Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition. An athlete himself, competing in football, rugby, golf weightlifting, and bodybuilding, Thibaudeau is the author of several strength and conditioning books, including The Black Book of Training Secrets, Theory and Application of Modern Strength and Power Methods, High Threshold Muscle Building, and The Maximum Muscle Bible, in addition to multiple training DVDs. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Quebec University, where he also worked as a research assistant before moving on to full-time coaching.
Tom Sheppard
Tom Sheppard is head coach at Thibarmy and works with a wide variety of high-level athletes from all backgrounds. His philosophy is based on learning how to use the body as one integrated unit and optimizing athletes' lifting mechanics based on their body type. This approach has brough him particular success in the sport of powerlifting, where he has produced countless British, European, and world champions and record holders. In addition to his role at Thibarmy, he also works closely with EliteFTS, creating educational material, working with high-level lifters to improve their performance, and delivering seminars on the international stage, including the 2022 SWIS Symposium.
