Perception. Knowing what it is will make it easier to live life. Knowing how it works will give you a foundation into understanding yourself, as well as the people and the world around you. In this episode I will explain both in great detail, and with a lot of examples. This is the most valuable episode on The Post Graduate Podcast, and I hope you benefit from the information in here as much as I have. Enjoy.

Confused about what Bitcoin and Ethereum actually are? Want to learn what Blockchain technology actually is? Listen to this episode. It was incredibly difficult to piece together this explanation based on the fact that I wasn't sure myself exactly how it all worked prior to writing; this started simply as personal research. I realised that all the resources mention only few bits and pieces of the process, always leaving me with more questions than answers, either due to not understanding the technology properly themselves or to save time. However, this made it very confusing to fully comprehend how this tech works, and why investors are saying that this is the future. After over 20 annoying hours, I finally understand how this all works, and I can say with certainty that this is the future, and the value of these cryptocurrencies will only keep going up. Listen to the episode, and decide for yourself. I'm not a financial advisor, but here's some financial advice: invest in the future, not the present. As I say in the conclusion, more episodes discussing other cryptos (altcoins) will be out soon too. Share this with anyone who is doubting the technology; I tried to make the explanation as easy to understand as possible.

In this episode I will break down the information barrier to entry that's stopping nearly everyone from starting trading. As we are in isolation and stuck at home, what perfect time to learn about the way to earn money using nothing more than internet and a screen. You don't have to work as an employee in a 9-5 for the rest of your life climbing corporate ladders. You can have money, time, and freedom, to do whatever your heart desires - all you need is trading.

Welcome to episode 3 of the Short Episode Series. I've lost my phone! What perfect time to make a coffee and dive into my own brain and discover whether I am optimistic or pessimistic, why, and how. I discuss (with you) my thoughts on what side is "better" and why, what steps I took to change my mindset, and how changing it has really helped me deal with the situation. It's a very raw episode; no editing or planning whatsoever. It's literally just me thinking out loud in order to collect my thoughts and also share what I feel is very important - being optimistic is more healthy and yeilds greater results (in my humble opinion). Enjoy!

Welcome to the second episode of Impartial Discussion, a conversation-based interview show. In this episode Victory, a natural science student, explains the importance of understanding the body and brain relationship by bridging the gap between having a healthy body and the subsequent psychological benefits.
Roughly in this order we discuss:
- Brain plasticity
- How your gut contributes to your psyche
- The importance of exercise
- Meditation
At some point I clipped audio from another YouTube video which could be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ls_VFIU1Dv4
The show strives to be free of bias, open-minded, accessible, and informative, and will undoubtedly deliver quality content.

Welcome to another episode of the Short Episode Series. In this episode I talk about why sometimes we're not motivated enough to do work, and why procrastinating makes things even worse. I have recently developed a method to stop procrastinating on social media in the morning so that I end up having a productive day, which has been working like a charm for the past week; this method will work in other situations - all you need to remember is that (a) motivation is a muscle (b) you're inherently lazy (c) boredom is your friend. Enjoy!

Welcome to the premier of Impartial Discussion, a conversation-based interview show. In this episode Ismail, a LUU Conservative Soc Representative, and I will talk about many issues surrounding politics in the modern day, touching on Brexit, austerity measures, polarization of the modern society and mass stereotyping involved in politics. Roughly in this order we discuss: - How to get involved with politics - The spectrum of ideas in politics - Beliefs behind Brexit - Austerity and nationalism - Polarized society and social media - The issues with generalizing *****
Unfortunately, despite what I say in the intro, we did not manage to speak about any policies from the Conservative manifesto simply because we ran out of time. The episode where I dive into the Conservative manifesto (and much more in depth on Brexit) will be out next Monday. *****

Welcome to The SES - Short Episode Series! A subsidiary series to The PGP, where the episodes are shorter, sweeter and soundbite-ier? These will consist of more precise content, and general thoughts that aren't deep/interesting/big enough to make a full PGP episode on. Kicking things off, is common phrase misconceptions. Quotes that you hear in day to day life are usually taken out of context and not understood fully, thus, either becoming negligible or distorted. In this episode, I take it upon myself to clear things up and discuss 4 quotes that I found to be generally misinterpreted, and also some of the audience-submitted phrases from my Instagram story poll.
I will potentially create an Instagram for The PGP, to make participation easier for next time and to decrease the "spam" on my main account. Feel free to share! -
In this episode I will discuss the deep topic of existential dread, trying to shine light on the conversation that is mainly in our heads. The subconscious fear of dying is obviously the most intense fear one can face, hence people created many different ways of coping with it. The typical way to counter existentialism is via religion, which allows one to believe that once we die, our life continues in another way. For atheists, and even more so nihilists, religion doesn't help in the slightest. In this episode I will discuss the trains of thought that have helped me with my existential anxiety, and will hopefully bring some positivity into people who are struggling with it.
In the music section I give a quick shout-out to 43.0 Elevator, one of my most chilled out hip-hop playlists. Check out Alex Fatuliaj on Spotify to see more of my playlists.
Hope you enjoy.

In this relaxed episode I will discuss what I believe to be some of my biggest flaws, and try to find ways to overcome them. The reason I am sharing this is because I know the things I will mention in this episode are very common in everyone, especially with people who are my age, and there's no point hiding something which everyone can see but doesn't mention. By discussing these shortcomings, I will not only learn about myself, but also could potentially help others with the stuff I discover. Keeping the true spirit of The PGP, this episode is stacked with many keys, however, it's not as precise and formal as my previous big episodes.
Introducing: ***Music Section***
The section at the end of the podcast where I discuss topics in music that I think will be interesting/helpful to everyone who likes good music. Check me out on Spotify - Alex Fatuliaj , to see all my playlists, and the ones from the episode.
Hope you enjoy. -

Did the billionaires deserve the backlash for donating money to the Notre Dame after it burnt down? Let's explore why I don't think they did.
