Paul James Bieker was arrested in June 2021 for charges of kidnapping, sexual assault, and taking a motor vehicle without permission. The charges stemmed from a 2003 unsolved case in McCleary, WA. DNA has tied him to the assault, and in this episode we are talking about who Paul Bieker is and whether or not he could potentially be responsible for Lindsey's disappearance.

Episode 1 introduces the story of Lindsey Baum. Lindsey was 10 years old when she went missing from the small rural town of McCleary WA on June 26, 2009. Her partial remains were found in September 2017 and revealed through DNA in May 2018, nearly 3 hours away on Manastash Ridge near Ellensburg. Her case remains unsolved.
