They had 5 children in short succession and struggled hard as a young family while Dan finished his eduction and Betty supported them. All of their hard work paid off and they became a very successful family. They seemed to have it all until they didn't.

On April 16, 2013 Heather Jones didn’t show up for work which was very out of character for her. Her coworkers tried to get in contact with her but couldn’t. Her family went to her house and it was completely undisturbed with her car in the drive way. Heather had seemed to just vanished.
