  • Can't make it to a daily yoga class? You can practice these yoga and meditation audio classes at home or on the move.
    Classes vary from 10 mins to 90 mins long, and you can choose a Hatha yoga class, restorative, guided relaxation, yoga nidra or mindfulness meditation. L1 classes are suitable for beginners.
