El 5 de febrero de 2022, ocho personas llegaron baleadas a la urgencia del Hospital El Pino, en San Bernardo. Nunca se supo qué fue lo que ocurrió. Las víctimas, casi todas jóvenes, venían de la villa Cordillera de Los Andes. Allí y solo hace minutos, dos bandas se habían disputado la calle a tiros. El Centro de Investigación y Proyectos Periodísticos (CIP) de la Universidad Diego Portales documentó cada capa de esta historia: una de drogas, plomo y sangre… una, más bien, de abandono en un barrio donde todo ha fallado.
