In her 20s, JJ experienced irregular menstruation and was repeatedly reassured by doctors that it was nothing to worry about since she was "young and it wouldn’t be an issue." However, trusting her intuition, JJ sought out a naturopath, driving hours for an appointment. After just one visit, her menstrual cycle returned, sparking her deep curiosity about natural medicine.
