With the very wet weather that parts of the world have been experiencing in recent weeks, particularly the UK, it is no surprise that many campsites have been closing. Waterlogged camping fields are totally unusable and in some places they have been completely submerged.
This week Ade and Tim talk about camping on hard standing pitches so that even when the weather is against you, you can still get out in the field. Ade talks about his hard standing camp last weekend. We give you some tips on staying comfortable, and how to keep your equipment free from damage when camping on stones.

Hello, this week Ade and Tim discuss how you might prepare differently for a one night trip compared to three nights, a week or even two. How your setup will be dictated by the length of your camping trip. Not just the amount of gear you might want to consider, but the quality and performance of each piece of equipment might come into question when you're thinking of roughing it for one night or making things super comfortable for seven nights.
