In this episode, Amanda talks about how getting the diagnosis of ADHD and later ASD help her to better understand her brain and do things in the way that works for her. Because of these labels she is able to see the ways ADHD makes parts of her life a challenge and how ASD makes other areas difficult. Intrinsic motivation is something we aren't usually taught and something that our ADHD brains don't know on their own.
