The humpback whale is making a comeback into existence!
After humans hunted them close to the brink of total extinction, the south Atlantic humpback whales have recovered to about 90% of their historic population.
It is estimated that whale hunters in the late 1700s all the way to the mid-1900s killed at least 300,000 humpback whales.
With whale protection policies being put into place in the 1960s, the total population of the humpback has ever since grown from 440 humpbacks in 1958 to the current 24,900.
There are seven different species of the Southern hemisphere humpbacks. Each of these species can uniquely be identified by their distinct genetic and migratory behavior.
This comeback is set to have an ecosystem impact on all south Atlantic based sea animals. For this reason, it’s really important to keep monitoring the continuous shifts in distribution of predators and prey of the south Atlantic humpback.Because of this dramatic recovery in numbers, the humpback whale was in the late 90s deemed to no longer be at any risk of extinction. What followed was stripped of its environmental protection and biodiversity conservation act of 1999.
The reason I decided to focus today’s show on the humpback comeback is to flip the switch from the constant negative news that’s always on mainstream media.
For once, let’s talk about the positives only.

Hello everyone. I’m going to keep today’s show short and simple.
Indians and Jesus.
My focus today is on the strong spiritual belief that the native Indians in America had. They not only recognized a form of divine power that existed but also appreciated the land and nature that a higher power had provided for them.
When the pilgrims migrated into America from Europe, they came here without much. They were tired and hungry from the long travels. It was the indigenous American Indians that offered them help by teaching them how to live and survive in harsh conditions.
Sadly though, the Indians have over time been corrupted by the immigrants and other communities and lost their land, and much of their indigenous cultural heritage and beliefs.
In conclusion, with the chaos going on throughout the country currently, there’s nothing better to turn to for answers and safety like the Lord.
Do some soul searching and decide where you want your faith and eternal heaven to be. Decide, and be free.

Cynthia Brando, Why Artists Are Prone To Sadness, Depression, and Suicide.
Joining me on the show today is Cynthia Brando.
A talented singer and songwriter, Cynthia is Based in L.A and has a recognizably unique and silky voice. She has over the years performed in many venues, festivals, homes, and as a street performer too.
Cynthia recently founded Music Emerging, a personal project where she devotes time to the emotional well being of her fellow colleagues in the music industry through her blog, workshops, life coaching, and other resources.

As a performing singer and songwriter, Cynthia enjoys the joy and satisfaction that comes from performing across different states in America.
One incident she particularly recalls and identifies as the most special moment is when she was performing at a house concert in New Mexico.
While playing her song Red Scarf (A song about depression and suicide), Cynthia noted that a woman in her audience was crying. The woman approached her after the show and explained to Cynthia that her son had committed suicide a couple of weeks before that day.
She thanked Cynthia for the emotionally deep song she played and praised her for her excellent songwriting skills.
Finding her artistic self
Always lacking confidence in herself, it’s taken Cynthia years to discover and sync with her true music self.
When starting out, Cynthia experimented with a diverse range of singing styles, before she finally decided to stick to her vintage style, which she describes as an Acoustic Folk Rock genre.
Her songwriting and singing rhythm is spiritually based, and this is where she draws the inspiration and confidence to produce her creative masterpieces.

With all the demonstrations going on in the country right now, I think it’s important that we focus on how we can best solve the situation that’s slowly getting out of control.
Earlier this week, my brother shared with me an article by Tom Bergeron which featured Pastor Soaries. The article is a quick summary of the chaos that America has found itself in, and how we can focus on rebuilding a peaceful, diverse, and just society.
My Personal Relationship with Pastor Soaries
Pastor Soaries has served as a pastor at the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens in Franklin Township for three decades now.
Having grown up as a Catholic myself, I decided to make a change in my place of worship 3 years ago. The place where I felt God guided me to was none other than the First Baptist Church where Pastor Soaries was the shepherd.
The first time I stepped into the church, I instantly felt at home. The congregation was very warm and welcoming, and best of all, Pastor Soaries delivered the most enigmatic, soul-touching preachings at the church.
Pastor Soaries, and the power of trust and relationships.
Pastor Soaries likens the murder of George Floyd to the televised 1963 Birmingham, Alabama, atrocities that sparked the Civil Rights movement.
He goes on to state that the only way we can work our way out of the current chaos we’re in, is by focusing our studies on what’s going right. Opposed to the current culture of placing our full attention and focus on what went wrong and who's to blame for what. By studying instances and communities where the police and communities have been able to peacefully coexist, we can duplicate these systems in our cultures elsewhere.
And since not all law enforcers are bad. We should fairly try to work with them in trying to make life easier for them and ourselves. The only way we can change the current stereotyping of police by the community and vice versa is by working hand in hand with the police in ensuring they can easily carry out their duty of protecting us.
In conclusion, Pastor Soaries places a major emphasis on building the structures of trust and healthy relationships in our lives. It is only through genuine relationships, where people are willing to listen to and accommodate each other's diverse opinions that we are able to learn and progress as a society.

Joining us on the show today is Rick Caballo. Rick is a full reflection of art and creativity as a full-time passion and career. Now based in Nashville, Rick was born and raised in Wollongong, Sydney, Australia.
Being a musical artist, Rick has played for audiences across Australia, the USA, and Europe. As a songwriter, he’s won numerous accolades and has been nominated for several more. He has a natural passion for artistic creativity, and can easily multi-task multiple projects as a musician, photographer, fashion designer, graphic, and web designer.
Getting into design
Growing up as a little kid, Rick was always in love with the design. He found himself drawn to anything that involved creativity as a working process.
While still performing as a music artist, Rick started a screen-printing and branding company in Australia that grew to be a massive source of income for him.
Despite having a deep passion rooted in music and striving to be a major rockstar in Australia, Rick’s constant struggles to make it big eventually led him to accept that he was just as talented and blessed in working as a branding creative as a musician.
With time, he learned to accept and embrace this reality, and this has in turn led him into a successful career working as a branding principle in this successful company alongside his wife Melissa Core.Rick’s working experience as a branding manager.
As the co-founder and manager of Deadhorse branding. Rick has had the pleasure of working with several top producers, singers, and songwriters.
He finds joy in working with a diverse group of artists in the entertainment scene and helping them establish their brand and find their identity.
He, however, notes that despite being so talented, some of the current young generations of artists are setback by poor work ethic which is characterized by lack of consistency, hard work, and persistence.
Social media has influenced so many of the young artists into subconsciously being demotivated and only shooting for short term gratification.
Recently a Dad, Rick enjoys the experience of being a father to his newly born daughter, Felix Rose, who is a cornerstone and source of joy for him and his wife.As a creative brand manager, Rick finds joy and fulfillment in helping artists find and live by a brand identity that suits them. In return, Rick has also learned so much about music, song-writing, and fashion through the numerous clients who reciprocate their knowledge with Rick.

https://www.ucg.org/beyond-today/beyond-today-magazine/d-day-and-divineintervention#commentsIt’s been 75 years since D-Day, June 6, 1944, when Western Allied forces during World War II launched the largest invasion in history with nearly 7,000 ships of all sorts and more than 11,000 planes, crossing the English Channel and landing more than 150,000 troops (and moreover the days that followed) on the beaches of Normandy to free France and the rest of Europe from Nazi tyranny.
German leader Adolf Hitler had prepared a vast defensive network of artillery, gun emplacements, mines, and other deadly obstacles stretching from the west coast of France up to Norway. This “Atlantic Wall” had to be breached for the Allies to press forward and defeat this evil, the genocidal regime that with its Axis partners was intent on continuing the carnage of many millions while trying to conquer the world.
Famed war correspondent Ernie Pyle, who arrived at Normandy the day after D-Day, noted that the Allies achieved victory “with every advantage on the enemy’s side and every disadvantage on ours.” Yet, as he wrote, the total Allied casualties “were remarkably low—only a fraction, in fact, of what our commanders had been prepared to accept.” Pyle concluded, “Now that it is all over, it seems to be a pure miracle that we ever took the beach at all.”
What was miraculous about D-Day, and why would God have intervened?
The weather and other surprises—flukes or God’s handiwork?
Gen. Dwight Eisenhower, Supreme Allied Commander (and later U.S.president), said later on the 1952 anniversary of the operation launch: “This day eight years ago, I made the most agonizing decision of my life. If there were nothing else in my life to prove the existence of an almighty and merciful God, the events of the next twenty-four hours did it … The greatest break in a terrible outlay of weather occurred the next day and allowed that great invasion to proceed, with losses far below those we had anticipated.”
The Allies had tried to plan for every eventuality, but they had no control over the vital weather. They hoped for good weather to make the 100-mile sea crossing to Europe, as had miraculously occurred in the mass evacuation from Europe at Dunkirk early in the war. What they didn’t realize was that bad weather—the windiest in 20 years—would hand them success beyond all expectations.
D-Day was originally scheduled for June 5 and could only be postponed for the short term to the 6th or 7th, while the tides were still low and the moon was full for visibility (along with clear weather), especially for clearing or avoiding mines in the surf. Otherwise, it would have to have been put off a good while later.
With the terrible weather that sprang up on June 5, it looked like the operation was a no-go, but meteorologists reported a break was about to occur in the weather to allow the 17-hour crossing, though there was as yet no sign of any calming. Eisenhower made the agonizing decision for the ships to launch on the 5th (to arrive the next day) in the face of severe winds. As it turned out, the weather was only marginally better on the 6th, yet enough for the invasion to succeed even with weather-related losses.
What really helped win the day was that the Germans could not believe the Allies would cross the English Channel in such awful weather, and they were caught completely unprepared. They had stood alert at low-tide and full-moon days in May, but they now did not see the need. Half the German division commanders and a fourth of the regiment commanders left for war games exercises in Brittany. Field Marshal Erwin Rommel, in charge of the Normandy defenses, decided to travel 500 miles to Germany to celebrate his wife’s birthday. He came back at the word of the invasion, but it took him all day—by then too late.
Also, Adolf Hitler and other leaders under him were convinced by Allied ploys and their own theories that the Allied invasion was going to be further east. And when it arrived they assumed it was a diversion, with the real landing to take place elsewhere—a belief that Hitler bizarrely clung to up through August!
Meanwhile, most of the Luftwaffe (German air force) planes based in Normandy had been relocated to Germany to defend against increasing Allied bombing. With that and the bad weather, German planes were not patrolling the English Channel. Moreover, this was the only night the German U-boat submarines did not patrol it. So the Allies encountered hardly any enemy forces on the way.
Confusion among German defenders
A key early step in the invasion was for paratroopers to come in gliders at 100mph with no guiding lights and to land secretly next to two critical guarded bridges and secure them—to keep the Germans back and prevent the Germans from destroying them so the Allies couldn’t use them. The weather helped in this too, hiding the gliders in the low clouds as they flew by stopwatches until they dropped out at 200 feet when the pilots could then see.
The first paratroopers to land were stunned, British platoon leader Maj. John Howard later stating:
“When we came to our senses, we realized there was no firing. There was no enemy firing. It all seemed quite unbelievable.” The 22paratroopers trotted over the bridge, the terrified guard's dove into the bushes, and the garrison was taken in 10 minutes. But two German tanks arrived, with four more on the way. The paratroopers had only a single anti-tank gun and with one chance succeeded in hitting the tank right in the middle, setting off all the ammunition inside—the burning tank now blocking the German advance and enabling lost paratroopers to be reoriented.
The Germans were not then able to counterattack there or across the wider area. They now had only two panzers (or tank) divisions near the Normandy landings. Early in the morning, Field Marshal Gerd von Rundstedt ordered these to move in, not believing such a large-scale invasion could be a deception. But he had to get approval, as these forces were under the German high command. Approval was not given, as Hitler had to give the order, and he was still sleeping—and he didn’t awaken until noon.
Hitler’s approval did not come until 4 p.m., and by that time the weather had cleared and Allied aircraft ruled the skies over Normandy, smashing anything that moved on the ground. (Much more could be said of Hitler’s terrible blunders, which some speculate may have resulted from disease or drug and chemical interactions affecting his brain.)
Many remarkable things happened on D-Day. The landing at Utah Beach was actually in the wrong place, but this worked out in the Allies’ favor, as the beach was less defended there. Of course, other places saw far worse fighting. The taking of the Normandy beaches was still horrific, with thousands dead or wounded. Yet the casualty count had been expected to be many times higher. And the victory allowed the liberation of Europe to follow over the next year.
The weather that seemed poised to thwart the Allied cause in reality greatly helped it. And the Nazi leadership was in many ways confounded.
Eisenhower and many others saw this as clear help from Almighty God. In fact, newspapers at the time declared the events of D-Day, Dunkirk, El Alamein, the Battle of Britain and a number of other battles to be miraculous, particularly in the wake of widespread prayer to God for deliverance.
U.S. and British leaders and people look to God
Gen. Eisenhower told the troops embarking for Normandy: “The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of liberty-loving people everywhere march with you … The tide has turned! The freemen of the world are marching together to Victory! I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty, and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full Victory! Good Luck! And let us all beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking.”
British Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery had told the troops, “Let us pray that the Lord, mighty in battle, will give us victory.”
As the forces approached Normandy, U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt took to the airwaves with this call: “In this poignant hour, I ask you to join with me in prayer.”
He publicly prayed: “Almighty God: Our sons, pride of our nation, this day have set upon a mighty endeavor, a struggle to preserve our Republic, our religion, and our civilization, and to set free suffering humanity … They will need Thy blessings. Their road will be long and hard …
“They fight not for the lust of conquest. They fight to end conquest. They fight to liberate … They yearn but for the end of the battle, for their return to the haven of home. Some will never return. Embrace these, Father, and receive them, Thy heroic servants, into Thy kingdom.
“And for us at home … help us, Almighty God, to rededicate ourselves in renewed faith in Thee in this hour of great sacrifice.
“Many people have urged that I call the nation into a single day of special prayer. But because the road is long and the desire is great, I ask that our people devote themselves in a continuance of prayer. As we rise to each new day, and again when each day is spent, let words of prayer be on our lips, invoking Thy help to our efforts …
“And, O Lord, give us faith. Give us faith in Thee; faith in our sons; faith in each other; faith in our united crusade … With Thy blessing, we shall prevail over the unholy forces of our enemy. Help us to conquer the apostles of greed and racial arrogances. Lead us to the saving of our country, and with our sister Nations into a world unity that will spell a sure peace—a peace invulnerable to the schemings of unworthy men. And a peace that will let all of the men live in freedom, reaping the just rewards of their honest toil.
“They will be done, Almighty God. Amen.”
As word of the invasion spread, prayer vigils were quickly organized throughout the country. Many businesses closed for prayer.
“This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes”
Britain’s King George VI said in a worldwide radio address on D-Day: “Four years ago our nation and Empire stood alone against an overwhelming enemy, with our backs to the wall. Tested as never before in our history, in God’s providence we survived that test …
“Once more a supreme test has to be faced. This time the challenge is not to fight to survive, but to fight to win the final victory for the good cause … That we may be worthily matched with this new summons of destiny, I desire solemnly to call my people to prayer and dedication.
“We are not unmindful of our own shortcomings, past and present. We shall ask not that God may do our will, but that we may be enabled to do the will of God, and we dare to believe that God has used our nation and Empire as an instrument for fulfilling His high purpose.
“I hope that throughout the present crisis of the liberation of Europe there may be offered up earnest, continuous, and widespread prayer …
“If from every place of worship, from home and factory, from men and women of all ages and many races and occupations, our intercessions rise, then, please God, both now and in the future, not remote, the predictions of an ancient psalm may be fulfilled: ‘The Lord will give strength unto His people; the Lord will give His people the blessing of peace.’”
Did God answer this great outpouring of prayer?
Many are justifiably convinced that He did.After the Allies swept triumphantly through France in 1944, Gen. Montgomery felt compelled to say:
“Such a historic march of events can seldom have taken place in such a short space of time … Let us say to each other, ‘This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes.’”
A God who intervenes and answers national prayer
The Bible reveals that God cares about what happens in the affairs of nations and intervenes in working out His overall plan. “For wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings” (Daniel 2:20-21)—sometimes to punish sinful nations and rulers (compare Genesis 15:16; Isaiah 10:12)—and also to protect His servant people from annihilation.
He chose the people of Israel to fulfill a very special destiny. In prophesying of the Israelites in the last days, God promised to make Joseph’s descendants through his sons Ephraim and Manasseh the most blessed nations in the world and strengthen them against their enemies (Genesis 49:22-24), declaring that their descendants would “push the peoples to the ends of the earth” (Deuteronomy 33:17). He further said the Israelites would be “like a lion … Your hand shall be lifted against your adversaries, and all your enemies shall be cut off” (Micah 5:8-9).
Other verses show that God would also discipline the Israelites through losses to enemies. But He promised that if His people would humble themselves in prayer, He would forgive them and heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
All of this plays a huge part in what happened at D-Day and the various other instances of divine intervention during World War II and in other conflicts. For, as incredible as it may seem, the prophecies regarding end-time Israel have been fulfilled primarily through the United States and Britain and other nations of British descent. In fact, these nations are in large part actually formed of the descendants of Joseph! Though this truth is unknown to most, many over the last few centuries have had a sense of the promises to Israel applying in some ways to these great Bible-believing nations.
Leaders who recognized the hand of God at work
Observe what Winston Churchill, British Prime Minister at the time of D-Day, said in his memoirs of the First World War regarding an encounter with Scripture just after he took charge of the Royal Navy:
“That night when I went to bed, I saw a large Bible lying on a table in my bedroom. I thought of the peril of Britain, peace-loving, unthinking, little prepared … I thought of mighty Germany … wave after wave of valiant manhood … of the sudden and successful wars by which her power had been set I opened the Book at random, and in the 9th Chapter of Deuteronomy I read—
“‘Hear, O Israel: Thou art to … possess nations greater and mightier than thyself … a people great and tall of whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak!
“‘Understand therefore this day, that the Lord thy God is he which goes over before thee; as a consuming fire … Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thy heart … but for the wickedness of these nations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the Lord sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.’
“It seemed a message full of reassurance” ( The World Crisis, Mentor edition, 1968, pp. 58-59). Indeed it was.
During the Second World War, the same Churchill, now prime minister, gave a message in 1942 stating: “I sometimes have a feeling of interference. I want to stress that. I have a feeling sometimes that some Guiding Hand has interfered. I have a feeling that we have a Guardian because we have a great Cause, and we shall have that Guardian so long as we serve that Cause faithfully.”
At the victorious conclusion of the war, Churchill led the British House of Commons to “give humble and reverent thanks to Almighty God for our deliverance.”
Harry Truman, U.S. president at the end of World War II, later remarked in 1951: “I do not think that anyone can study the history of this nation without becoming convinced that Divine Providence has played a great part in it. I have the feeling that God has created us and brought us to our present position of power and strength for some great purpose. It is not given to us to know fully what that purpose is.”
Will we continue to look to God?
While these men did not grasp the big picture of what God was working out, they and others at the time still realized who had saved them and seen them through. Do we?
It’s heartrending to contemplate, but it will not be long before the world is plunged into the worst time of trouble ever—far worse than World War II. America and Britain will not then succeed in beating back the enveloping tyranny but, having drifted far from God, will experience devastating defeat and destruction.
Yet, thankfully, a great deliverance will at last come —from the same God. The Father will send Jesus Christ to return to the earth in awesome power.
Descending with the hosts of heaven, Jesus will come in divine war, crushing the armies arrayed against Him. Overthrowing the tyranny of wicked men and of Satan behind it all, He will take over the governing of the whole world, then bringing an end to war and guiding mankind into the way of peace.
As we remember D-Day, let’s be grateful for God’s great intervention then and at other times and, humbling ourselves in prayer, continue to trust Him now and for the future deliverance, He will ultimately bring.

Having dedicated the show to my French fans, I figured I’d entertain all of you with some top, interesting facts about the French and their culture, most of which just might blow your mind!But before that, I wanna share an off the book fact that I recently learned from a World War 2 documentary I was watching.
Did you know that the Germans, when attacking France, were pumped up on Methylphenidate to keep them up and running for 3 straight days? A task the French thought it would take the Germans at least 2 weeks to accomplish, the Germans were able to break through into Paris in just 3 days!With that said, here are some of the top facts about the French and their culture that I bet you didn’t know.
• France is sometimes known as The Hexagon due to the fact that it has six sides
• When all of French’s possessions worldwide are taken into account. France occupies 12 time zones. The most of any country.
• Paris was a roman city originally. It was known as Lutetia
• In addition to being the most studied language in the world after English. Alongside, Italian and Spanish, French is one of the most romantic languages. The duo has origins in Latin.
• The French army was the first to use camouflage as a war tactic in world war 1
• Over one-half of the traffic roundabouts worldwide is located in France.
• In the Second World War, when Hitler visited the Eiffel Tower, the French cut all of the lift cables. This forced him to climb the stairs if he wanted to enjoy the view from the top.
• King Louis the 19th had the shortest reign in history: 20 minutes. His father had abdicated the throne, and Louis followed him in abdicating in favor of his nephew.
• France made history in 2016 by banning supermarkets from throwing out unsold food items. These stores are now required to donate food to charities and food banks.
• During the Second World War, the Mosque of Paris protected French Jews from the Nazis by supplying them with Muslim Identification cards.
• The famous Lascaux Caves in France have rock paintings in them dating back over 17,000 years.
• The Louvre Museum in Paris is consistently the most visited museum in the world. Over 9 million visitors go through their doors annually.
• By the 1660s France already had a form of public transportation. It consisted of horse-drawn wagons that followed a set schedule along specific routes.• For 214 years it was illegal in Paris for women to wear pants. This ended in 2012.
• The highest mountain in France is Mont Blanc. At 15,780 feet, Mont Blanc is a part of the French Alps.
• Despite France’s reputation as a culinary mecca, French males have the lowest percentage of obesity in Europe.
• In order to be a taxi driver in Paris, you would have to pay almost 200,000 Euros to get your license.
• France is divided into 13 Regions, which are divided into 101 Departments. There are also 5 ROMs or overseas regions which are part of France. In December 2015, the regions were reorganized to the 13 current regions, down from the previous number of 22.
• The oldest person in the world was (according to the Guinness Book of World Records), a French woman who lived to be 122 years and 164 days old.
• No country has won more Nobel Prizes for Literature than France.
• The French rail system, at 29,000 km, is second only to Germany’s in length.
• The actual name France came from a Germanic tribe. They used the word “frank”, which meant “free” in their native tongue.

Today’s show is all about the chain of love.
For a big part of America. This is the month of graduation. Characterized by proms, senior nights, epic graduation ceremonies alongside other parties.
However, with the current global pandemic, so many have had to cancel or postpone this key milestone of their lives.
After my brother reached out to me earlier this month, I could tell he was empathetic about his daughter, and my niece - Cassy -. This was because they could only hold a small celebration in light of the current restrictions set countrywide to curb the spread of the virus.
So, do you know anyone that is graduating? Whether it’s 8th grade, high-school, university, or any kind of milestone in their life? It’s important that we appreciate and celebrate this event in a special way that makes them feel loved and cared for.
One of the ways we can do this is through calling. A voice is a very powerful tool. You can use it as a first aid kit to aid someone close to you who is struggling through the current pandemic, be it the graduate or someone struggling in any given life situation.
Cheering them up and bringing a ray of hope and happiness in their life is only a call away. I prefer calling, but if you can’t get through, at least text them you were thinking of them!
Chain of Love.
Chain of love is a song I wrote in dedication to my older son graduating high school.
After an inspirational speech by the principal, I was instantly moved by the whole event and started writing the song in my subconscious.
After years of procrastination. I finally produced the song back in 2010 with help from “Studio Pros” a West Coast online recording studio headed up by Katie O’Toole.

“Here to Share and Care” - A lesson on gratitude and support
Life has its ups and downs. Sometimes we’re strong, and other times we are weak. If you’re in your season of strength, try and support the people who are not feeling it right now and need your assistance.
Look around you. So many people have way less than what you have but are happier than you are.
A video I saw on Facebook that really touched me magnified this lesson for me. A woman who had a child who seemed to be about 2-3 years old, and had no arms or legs.
The little kid was at a playground and would climb himself up on the slide stairs using his head as a point of leverage before launching himself down the slide, and his mom would be waiting at the end to catch him.
The little boy was laughing and all smiles as was his Mom, they both looked to be very happy and content with life without a care in the world. Perhaps there is a lesson here for us all?

99 Years Old. Served his country in the 2nd world war and won medals for his heroic achievement. Worked as a sales manager before finally retiring in 1987. Beat skin cancer and several hip-related surgeries. Raced and won numerous motorcycle contests and even contested in T.V shows.
You might think that Captain Tom Moore would be content with his long list of life achievements to retire from any kind of service and take it easy. But oh no, Captain Tom Moore has recently broken a long list of records by raising over 33 Million Pounds in a donation to support the NHS in the current Covid-19 pandemic.
On 6th April 2020, Captain Tom, aged 99 began taking walk laps with the goal of raising 1,000 pounds by his 100th birthday. Twenty four days later on his 100th birthday, Captain Tom had inspired over 1.5 million individual donations, with the total number of donations amassing to over 32.79 Million pounds.
Captain Tom’s Bio
Born at Keighley, in the West Riding of Yorkshire, on 30th April 2020 Captain Tom served in the British army during the 2nd world war from 1940 to 1945.
Captain Tom has been awarded four medals for his war service during the war.
After leaving the army, he worked as a sales manager for a roofing company in Yorkshire, and later as a managing director of a Fens-based company manufacturing concrete,
“Cawood Concrete Products Ltd”, which was later renamed “March Concrete Products Ltd”, after he led a management buyout in 1983. The company was sold to ARC in 1987, and for 64 years he organized the DWR annual reunion.Breaking records with his Music Career.
To Mark Captain Tom’s 100th Lap, singer Michael Ball sang "You'll Never Walk Alone" for him live on a BBC Broadcast.
The performance was made into a digital single featuring the NHS Voices of Care Choir, and Moore's spoken words.
The song was released on 17 April, with all proceeds going to NHS Charities. 7 days later the song went straight to number one on the weekly UK singles chart. Making Captain Tom the oldest person to achieve this feat.
Moore’s story of love and resilience has inspired similar charity walks by several other individuals in the U.K. And by doing so, proved that age is just a number. You’re never too old to craft that new life you’ve always dreamed of. And that above all, there’s always a ray of hope and sunshine even in the darkest of days.

Today’s show will be brief and revolve around a wonderful nature experience that I was very lucky to be a part of.
A new tweeting family recently moved in the front of my porch. Finches.
From the creative hard-work, they put in when building their nests, around Mid-March this year, all the way to laying and hatching their eggs into little chicks. The entire experience was very sublime in a very personal way to me.
With each passing day, and with the help of my phone and selfie-stick. I was able to have an up-close view of how the little chicks went through the circle of life with the help and support of their parents and each other.
Seeing that her baby chicks are getting bigger, the mother finch, in an effort to motivate her little ones into believing in themselves, would stop feeding the chicks directly, but rather, hovering just outside the nest coaxing them to approach the edge of the nest and go for their first flight.
Insights.Watching those little birds go through the circle of life; moving in, building a home, having chicks, feeding them, and pushing them into believing they can fend for themselves and have the strength to fly was a beautiful and eye-opening lesson that I had the pleasure of seeing unfold every day before my eyes.
We should learn to do the same in our lives.
We should have the confidence to believe in our capabilities - or pushing those that count on us to kick out the fear in their lives and through confidence, embrace their true and full potential -
And just as the bird flies, so should we. Fly through life in a celebratory way, rise above the fear and troubles of life, and soar every day, looking at life from different levels and angles.

I hope you’re all fairing well and strong through yet another week of the tough Covid-19 global pandemic.

Recording Interview’s via Skype or Zoom
This week, I had the opportunity to be interviewed and perform live via Skype, on “This N’ That” a show featured on WABC TV, Chattanooga TN.
Personally, I only use Skype for regular calls with the V.As who help me out with producing the dHarmic Evolution podcast/TV show.
I’m more accustomed to using “Zoom” for the actual DE podcast for video, and, despite not having used Skype for such work in about 1 and a half years, I was not only able to enjoy the entire interview and performance but also left the host of the show James Howard very impressed with the sound quality of my interview. Welcome back to the show everyone. I hope you’re all managing to handle things in the midst of the current pandemic that’s hit the entire globe.
Today’s show is going to be a little different and special.
I’ll be diving into what I’ve personally been keeping myself busy with, and share with you some tips and strategies on how you too, can cope with the strange and unknown situation that we’ve all unfortunately found ourselves in.
Since moving from New Jersey to Nashville at the beginning of last August, I’ve really had no time to sit down, relax and enjoy the comfort of my T.V. So with the self-quarantine state of affairs that we’re all in, I decided to make the most of it by finally hanging my big 55” HD Panasonic that was sitting in the basement with a moving blanket covering it.
And because it was the lent season, I also ditched any alcoholic beverages, something that I have been doing for years now. It always surprises me just how easily this falls away as an unnecessary vice and its quickly forgotten about. This made me realize that there’s a lot of habits that become a part of us, habits that we feel we are not only accustomed to but also bonded to as well. But the simple truth is that they really don’t have as much influence over us as we give them the power to do so.
Less Criticism – More Compassion
Let’s be frank. The entire COVID-19 pandemic caught so many of us unaware and unprepared. Up to date, scientists are still revealing new information about the virus every day! From the way, it spreads to the way it affects and destroys the body of its victim.
Pointing fingers and playing the blame game won’t help solve any problems. We should all be supportive of the great work that the President’s task force has been accomplishing in a quite impossible environment.
Thus, we should be less critical of the efforts put in place by not just our administration, but people everywhere, and we should be more considerate of the less fortunate in society. The ones with nowhere to sleep and no idea what meal they’ll have next.
My Schedule.
It’s hard to come to terms with the physical reality we’re all witnessing in our cities. Of late, it’s been so strange to be outside. No people, no traffic, and almost all office and commercial buildings, venues, retail, etc, have been deserted.
One of my personal highlights for spending my weeks was volunteering in downtown Nashville every Sunday morning to feed the hungry some hot steaming breakfast. Due to the current situation though, the entire operation has been put on hold. However, I still am, alongside my fiancée, offering the needed help at the Family Life Centre, for women and children in Nashville.
My weekly duties have now changed to a bit of running as an exercise, shopping for the essentials, volunteering, and an occasional car wash every one in a while.
Stay tuned and find out how I’ve slowly, through the help of my fiancée, been able to substitute my love and craving for Yoga with running. I am actually getting better! and of course, it’s all about the singing!

“Azalea” is the musical duo of Benjamin and Mia Hackett, they are an Australian-Canadian couple that write, produce, and perform original music together.
Before they met, Benjamin and Mia both worked on their own solo music projects, but for some reason, it always felt to them that a key ingredient was lacking in their art. Having fatefully met in 2004, the duo worked on their first songwriting project together, and the magic they created from their chemistry was undeniably great. It was then that they discovered that the secret ingredient lacking in their pieces, was each other.
16 years down the line and the duo has now released 5 studio albums, 1 live album, were named semifinalists at the 2018 International songwriting competition, and have previously been nominated at the 2018 International Acoustic Music Awards.

Joining us on the show today is the dynamic music duo of Benjamin and Mia, otherwise known as Azalea.Having been performing on cruise ships for the past one and a half years, we start the show off with the duo narrating their dramatic cruise ship experience courtesy of the COVID-19 pandemic.
From being stuck at the dock for 12 days in a ship with no passengers to hopping from ship to ship until they finally booked their own plane ticket back home. Benjamin and Mia have had a challenging first-hand experience with the effect of the current global pandemic.
Now with a day left until their 14-day social quarantine is over, the couple can’t wait to go outside and do some grocery shopping!As they’re a fairly introverted couple, when not on stage or creating new music, Benjamin and Mia are very close friends and enjoy being with their pets and their comfy home in Canada.
Stay tuned as the lovely duo gives us a tour of what it’s like to be performers in a cruise ship. Despite their introverted nature, Benjamin and Mia enjoy socializing with their fans before and after their performances. This, they claim, is a great way to have an intimate connection with your audience and get their personal thoughts and opinions on how they feel about your music and performance.
They’ve enjoyed every single cruise trip and performance as this has enabled them to meet different people, cultures, and lifestyles worldwide. Something that would have otherwise been impossible to afford without their gigs. The Cruise ship contracts have also proven invaluable in terms of steady, reliable work and ample free time to work on their music writing project’s on the side.
And even with the current global crisis still heating up as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, this lovely couple has chosen to see the positive side of it, and thank God for the ample time that they now have to tackle their art and life projects that they’ve been postponing for a while.

It’s a very intimate relationship between you and the people you’re performing for in a cruise ship. Consorting and getting to know them at a personal level, and what they love about your show. It’s like free market research.
Socializing with your audience is a great way to know what people connect within your songs and performances. This helps in improving your performance and music in general.
We’ve seen so many different cultures, lifestyles and ways of life. This has made us realize how we’re all so different, but still essentially the same. It’s practically a great way to make the world smaller and make it feel like home.
We take different approaches in terms of the tools and environment in order to experiment with how the general audience feels and how emotions would change when producing our songs. There’s a lot of challenges to it, but it’s generally a good experience.
We’re basking in the fact that we now have time to tackle the creative endeavors that we’ve always wanted to pursue – Benjamin on using the current COVID-19 social quarantine measure to their advantage.
We still have milestones that we need to hit. And we feel that we’ll get there eventually. We just have to keep writing, keep playing and keep being our genuine selves. We hope to create art that’s meaningful to us. Because if it means something to you, then it’s going to mean something to everyone else – Benjamin on their future art and music projects.
If you work too much, you kind of lose your touch with creativity. Creativity comes from play.

Winston Justice is a former NFL offensive lineman who from 2006 - 2014 played with the Philadelphia Eagles, Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos.

Amidst the current storm, we’re in, amidst the negative and depressing updates all over mainstream and social media, today’s show is a message about hope and optimism that tomorrow will be better than today.
In today’s show, Jeff Brown, a brilliant investor, and editor in numerous publications will be my main source of reference in regards to his reports on the Covid-19 outbreak and how we’re slowly, but certainly improving, learning and growing from this situation.
And thus, despite the constant call for alarm and panic from the ratings and numbers obsessed media, here are some of the top indications that we’re day by day recovering from the Covid 19 pandemic;
New confirmed cases have completely leveled off in China. There are just a handful of new cases each day. (Social distancing helps stop the spread of the virus, so please, for all the people out there partying, tempting fate, you're putting yourself and other families in grave danger)
Warmer, more humid weather slows down the spread of Covid 19 (Just like past airborne viruses, this means that cases in the Northern hemisphere will dramatically fall as we enter spring humidity and early summer)
Electronic supply chain manufacturers in China are on a track to return to full production by the end of this month (March of 2020), shipment, transportation to airports and seaport logistics is almost back to normal.
A Chinese biotechnology company has already shown early success with the combination of its hepatitis C and HIV treatment for Covid 19. Early data from a clinical trial on 11 patients demonstrated all 11 patients have recovered and been discharged from the hospital.
Also, get to find out why the current situation has exposed our weaknesses and vulnerabilities in self-reliance. As predicted by Ross Perot, all our products, ranging from surgical masks, gowns, electronics, labor, resources, etc are outsourced and (or) manufactured and shipped from China.
Crowdsourcing the Covid 19 Cure using a Video game
Folded is an online video game that started as a research project at the University of Washington's center for game science and the department of biochemistry. Players try to fold proteins into shapes that are stable and functional.
Different individuals have different ways to process and understand information. What’s easy for you to understand in a classroom may be impossible for someone else to understand. Likewise, I could easily dissect and process information from a game as compared to other classrooms and book talented individuals. And that’s why we need all hands on deck to help solve the Covid 19 pandemic.
Alexa trying to become a doctor?The current situation is also acting as a catalyst towards Amazon trying to produce small connected devices that could run various tests like taking our temperature or even analyzing our blood.
Alexa will then analyze results, send them back to the cloud, and then make a diagnosis from there. After it’s a diagnosis, Alexa will order prescription medicine for you and have it delivered on your doorstep within hours and perform a follow up within a few days.
In conclusion, try to steer away from all the negativity and hype the media is trying to spread just for views and sensationalism. You know what they say, attention pays.Let’s all pray and turn to God in these tough times for protection and guidance in these dark and difficult times (and not just because of the pandemic, but because we need Him every day of our lives)

What I have found over the years is that lots of people can write songwriter folk and upbeat daddies, but not everybody does it with a hard-rocking component. So I really consider myself lucky to be able to wear both of these hats.
There’s something really fun about writing a song and then going into the studio the next day and cutting it. And there's energy in that too. But if you want a more polished thing, then it's helpful to really have old songs from the past down. Just as I did with “Torch and Trouble”.
There’s always uncertainty in music, and right now, there's the coronavirus and the upcoming American presidential election. There's just stuff in the world that's frustrating and can induce anxiety and can make you go dark, and I am trying to put forward light and love and hope. I know there's a lot of other people who feel that way too. And so hopefully we'll get a groundswell and some things will be turning around into a more positive direction in 2020.

Only 18 years old, Luna has already written over 400 songs. Quotes If you love without fear and do what you want and really get to be who you want to be, then that can not be beaten by anything. I'm a fan of teamwork. I think there are always new perspectives that other people can bring to your art that you would've never thought of. As a songwriter, you kind of get used to certain things that you do a certain way, and when you write with someone else, you get a new perspective on songwriting and it makes you grow as a songwriter and you create something that you wouldn't have created on your own. The takeaway is really just that you don't have to have it all figured out and it's okay to be on your way. And to work through things since you're not always going to be perfect. Songwriting for me is a very personal and emotional thing. My songs come from a very deep place and a very personal place, so depending on where I am emotional, I will be capable of digging in there and writing from that feeling. You learn from yourself and you learn from the progress. I think it's really important to not beat yourself up or get obsessive about this one song that you couldn't write or that you wanted to write. But instead to actually say, “okay, I'm learning, the next one will be better”. And then when you write a song that's really good, you just, as you say, you get this euphoria like, yes, I want to share this with the world. This is amazing. And it's a process. It's got its ups and downs. In songwriting, you're always searching for something you haven't done before. Searching for a new perspective, a new way to tell a story, and when you find it, it's a wonderful gift. I'm so grateful that I get to summarize and to put my feelings into songs. I think there is a big difference between an instrument that has been programmed and an instrument that has been played. Songs played by human beings, I think I have a much more organic feel, and that’s my kind of music. Having had his songs been on 35 Million CDs and recorded 16 of his own Albums, our guest today, Marc Jordan is a true music legend and inspiration to all aspiring artists in the singing and songwriting niche.
Married to Fellow musician and actress Amy Sky, Jordan’s Music Career shot for the sky when he signed for Warner Music in LA and began writing songs for and alongside some of the greats, including Diana Ross, Chicago, Kenny Loggins, Brette Milder, and Rod Stewart.
Jordan has already been the recipient of several music awards including the ASCAP, JUNO and Smooth awards. Despite having already accomplished so much in the industry, the drive and passion that Jordan has for music and songwriting, according to him, is deeper and more profound than it’s ever been. He’s just released his latest album “Both Sides” in April of 2019, and alongside his wife Amy, the two are currently working on releasing another album set for 2020.

I had the pleasure of hosting Marc Jordan on the dHarmic Evolution today, stay tuned in the show as we discuss the life and career of Jordan, alongside some of his top hits including, the #1 smash world wide “Rhythm of My Heart” sung by Rod Stewart.
As he ventured into the music industry, Jordan noticed that the careers of so many people were catching fire with his songs. Warner Chappell noticed and approached and signed Jordan to a publishing deal after noticing how talented he was with his writing, and from then on Jordan would just write as if he would be the one to perform the songs. Later on, the songs would be pitched to other artists who would add their tune and style.

Only 15 years old, Alyssa is a mesmerizing prodigy and rising star in the Country - Singing and Songwriting industry. Her love for music started at the tender age of seven when she started piano lessons. Now an experienced multi-instrument songwriter and player, Alyssa was inspired by Daniel Bradberry’s epic season 4 win on “The Voice” Alyssa would, later on, take some time performing covers and performances as she listened to the talents of Sarah Evans and Taylor Swift.
Alyssa gets joy from simple life pleasures such as photography, playing volleyball, watching YouTube and spending time with friends and family.
She’s already performed besides legendary Tracy Lawrence, Walker Montgomery, Dierks Bentley, Jon Pardi, and Tenille Townes.
