Okay my people I get that affirmations are typically not for us but hear me out I mean I've always known affirmations existed but never really took the time to understand the significance of just saying positive things out of your mouth. I also came to the realization of just how negative I really was!daily affirmations although they sound rather basic at best these empowering mantras have profound effects on the conscious and unconscious mind.
