This week I am joined by the dynamic duo of Helen and Maya, the women behind the London community arts project Featured in Fifteen - think TED talks, but set in a pub with a diverse range of creatives and individuals with a story to tell.
These fabulous women talk about their friendship, why it is so important to share our stories and how their relationship with their bodies has changed over time. Helen shares why she wants to focus on strength training for her physical and mental health and what it is like to be a twin. And Maya discusses her hysterectomy, her background and the women in her family.

She explains why we need to start having honest conversations about vaginas, wetting ourselves and why teenagers should be handed a mirror during sex education. Elaine is performing a hit comedy show at the Edinburgh Fringe right now, and is writing a book about pelvic floors, which is due for release in 2020.
