Only a strong mindset and a strong body can push you to your limits and helps to reach your desirable goal. Why is it said like that? You know when you try something something hard, something we never did in our life or something that we would like to try, we give-up. When we about to reach the goal we give-up, when we suppose to constantly do it only then we reach to our goal. It is not something that you can get in one go, you need to try hard, if it doesn’t hit hard try harder than what you did before. So next time don’t be afraid to try hard, Don’t start with weak mindset be strong, stand strong, build better, active and fit.

If you're not doing the exercises you'll lose your strength, stamina, flexibility, focus, mindset, and on top of that health. You said you can't do because you can not go outside, you can do walking/running/jogging/brisk walk inside of your house. You said I don't have access to the gym, I said man you've water bottle or bricks or pillow or towel use any of these. Excuses won't give you strength, will make you weak. Either you want to build a strong body or strong mindset, you need to start from somewhere and that time is now. What if you there is no food and you start running for it around the world to feed yourself or your kids, yeah that called hard time same way you're earning money now that's your focus to have your comfort or planning your future or planning to have a good life for your kids but at what will happen to them when you're on hospital bed and paying medical bills then first your priorities gone, kids life gone, your health gone and now you're praying to the god and doctor to save you. Man why we keep making excuses when there is a way of living a healthy life and better future by giving your self few minutes for your fitness and health. Although I can only help you for a fit and active life for that you must for a healthy and fit regime for your better future. -

Different people different mindset different goal in life but they all have one thing in come to earn good money and live a comfortable life. You can get I but at what cost your health is now at stack. Choosing lives or money is your choice.

Excuses are something that is never going to end in one go. When you constantly work on to achieve some goal in your life, that this is something that I am not able to do but what you can do is to start avoiding such excuses, to start something there will be no excuses make sure that from next time like whenever it's your body is giving up and to not to do anything for making you sleep making you too lazy making you to not do the particular thing because it is too much hard work make sure life will never going to be easy, so do not make any excuses what is like you are getting a hard time in your life just like this Corona what is like if somebody is precious of ours die should you hamper your health? Will it be worthy to be in sorrow? But what you must do they do not keep it for tomorrow keep this in mind, you like this or not but stopping from such thing will not help you yeah make sure that by next time if you feel that is there is laziness, you're travelling, going out of town, going for a party or any function, and you're avoiding workout that is an excuse, there is no one in this world who don't have 30 min for exercises which mean that is something that is stopping you from getting into better health and a better lifestyle is you. No body coming to do your work not your family or friends. Think like this way if you are not grown if you were a child still if you kept on failing to stand up on your feet what was that for? We're you thinking at that time is that to earn money no, your priority was to stand up on your feet make sure to make your priority to be in better health. If you're not going to start getting your health as your priority, be ready to put the money into medicines and bills.
