There is a major toxic tug of war going on in the wellness community right now over "which diet is the best" for everyone. This discussion has gotten to the point of shaming others who don't eat a certain way and invalidating healing accomplishments if healing didn't occur using the diet of choice... and I've had enough of it! So I grabbed my microphone and recorded a very impromptu episode because this is an important elephant in the room that we need to address!
01:45- How I choose to eat
03:00- So what's pissing me off?
03:55- Red flags
05:28- Every body is unique in what works for them
05:42- My personal experience with food and healing
07:33- Our children and intuitive freedom eating
08:47- Intuitive freedom eating
09:48- Important nutrition tips
10:26- What sparked me to record this episode
11:15- My message to those participating in this toxicity

Being able to find the calm in the midst of the storm has been an absolute game changer. We can’t control life but we are in control of how we handle it, how we react, how we adapt, how we respond and what tools we use to help our body and mind through it.
Today I guide you through the breathwork exercise that I do to help regulate my nervous system in under 15minutes. You can do this exercise for however long you need to and you can do it as often as you would like.
Here are 4 of my favorite rhythmic breathing patterns! Today I will be doing the 2:1 breathing pattern (inhale through your nose for a count of 4 and exhale for a count of 8), but you choose what works the best for you and your body!
02:22- Get comfortable
