  • Do you believe in mothers' intuition? That gut sense or ‘knowing’ that something may be up with your child…

It’s come up a few times on How Motherhood Changed Me, and so to wrap up season 2 we’re going to do some reflecting as we explore the topic a little more.

We also speak with psychic grandma, Julie Lewin to hear her thoughts, and we look to the future and get our cards read!

  • Motherhood has a profound way of forcing us to face our demons… even ones we didn’t realise we had buried inside.

In this episode of How Motherhood Changed Me, we chat with former reality TV star, author and content creator Tara Pavlovic-Shepherdson whose life has transformed since becoming a mum of two.

She tells us about the “woo-woo” therapy that’s helped heal forgotten childhood wounds, how prioritising exercise and improving her diet has made her a better mum, and how proud she is of the way she’s raising her babies with husband Nick.

There’s a reason we fell in love with her on The Bachelor; this mumma always keeps it real!

  • Starting a family was the furthest thing from Logan Brown’s mind. As a transgender man, he was undergoing hormone replacement therapy, and was in a relatively new relationship. But despite the odds, it happened.

Logan started blogging about his pregnancy journey, and quickly garnered a lot of attention… even from Anna Wintour who secured him for the front cover of Glamour UK’s pride edition.

His daughter Nova was born last year, and Logan joins us for this episode of How Motherhood Changed Me, to chat about it all. It’s a vulnerable and surprising conversation, that is sure to remind you that we may be diverse but we are not so different.
