Hello, I know it’s been awhile!
I have been in a bit of content rut - not knowing what to create and produce for you all.
What is your title? When you hear me say that, do you automatically go to your career title?
I tell a short and funny story I went through in college where a guy loved my title and it made me feel insecure in a way. Are we bound to our career titles? No, we should not be. Let me what your answer of title is or what your thoughts are on this short but sweet episode!Music: Upper Registers by Blue Dot Sessions

Oh to be young and in love. What makes young love so beautiful? The innocence and pureness of what the thoughts of love are or could be? The feeling of not yet knowing what heartbreak or heartache is? Some people may say that young ones are too young to know what real love is. Maybe they are the ones that do know because they have yet to know the bad side of it. Can young love pan out?
In this letter, Joseph (names have been changed by the request of the writer) fights for this young love to work out. He hopes that soon one day Jolene will see how much they are meant for each other. How he has speculations that this could just be young and unrequited love.Music: Um Pepino by Blue Dot Sessions

Probably the most random episode to date.
Someone recently told me about Chocolove Cholate and how it comes with a love letter (it’s really a love poem) in all their chocolates. I thought that was the cutest idea, so I bought one to share with you all. Not only is the cholate delicious but the poem is such a unique surprise addition to it. This would be such a cute idea to give to someone on Valentine’s day or any day!
This was not sponsored. I really love chocolate and reading letters/poems!

This week’s writer wrote a poem in 2009 that is quite relatable to most. Trying to forget an ex and they return when you least expect it. That random, hello. Does the writer respond to that text?
Stay tuned at the end of the letter: interview with Joanna.
The Coil Winds by <a href="https://app.sessions.blue/browse/track/58818">Blue Dot Sessions</a>
Interview Questions:
Do you remember the last thing you and your ex said to each other? Did you think that would be the last time or that you'd hear from him again?
Was there any part of you that felt good that he's still thinking about you and text you? Any part of you thought he was playing a game?
Why do ex boyfriends seem to have an internal alarm when their ex girlfriend immediately stops thinking of them? Why can't they have instincts when things in the relationship are going bad?
Did you respond to the text?
If so, what did you say? How long did you wait to respond? How many times did you draft a response? Did you immediately text someone sh!t talking about him?
If you did not respond, how do you feel about it now?
What advice do you have for newly single girls out there who just got a text from an ex, or may get a text from an ex?Podcast Instagram: @LetterToMyExPodcast

This week’s writer, Akshat, wrote a letter to his unrequited love. Unrequited love, also called one-sided love, can just be as painful as a heartbreak.
Akshat says: I have had the first hand experience in a relationship after a breakup. At least you can curse them but in unrequited love, you will never be able to take out the anger, frustration and most important love on them.

This week’s writer beautifully writes in her journal trying to process everything that has happened with her and her old high school friend. She was willing to make it work and he was not. Thinking back at that one moment of time that will hopefully last a lifetime.
