  • If you are a faithful listener, then you can probably guess what this episode is about: Erica (Go)'s go-go juice when recording. If you're new, then enjoy listening to the tale from Scandinavian folklore about the most awesome sea creature ever believed to have lived. And rum. Lots of rum.

  • Erica and Billy did a Patreon episode last week that a listener had requested, talking about the current state of the world during the Covid-19 pandemic. (Of course the information was "current" as of last week.) They discussed both local and global issues, the virus and what it does to your body, symptoms to be aware of, and how to decrease your chances of contracting it. After it was released, Erica dwelled on the fact that it is information that ALL listeners should have access to, not just those that donate. So, here it is. Please do not take anything that is said as scientific or medical facts or medical advice. Most information can easily be found online (links below):

Please get informed, stay home when at all possible, and stay safe, Snugglebunnies! And Patrons-Erica and Billy will make this up to you. Hope you understand. They are blowing you kisses from over 6 ft. away.

  • When you think of a mass shooting at a school, what do you imagine? A disgruntled male teenager that shoots up his high school is generally what we see. But what if Erica and Billy told you that there was a completely different kind of mass school shooting that happened just over 10 years ago? You'd probably say, "I bet that's what this episode is about." And you'd be right.

  • The 1920's in Detroit were weird, especially when a family of five was hacked to death with an ax. And especially when the father claimed to be mystical healer that received visions from deities in the middle of the night. And especially since he made an alter in his basement and had his own self-written 'bible' published. And especially since the case has never been solved.

And Billy got a new job. Good times.

  • Happy Podversary, Snugglebunnies! Erica and Billy decided to celebrate the anniversary of Martinis and the Macabre (and New Year's) by hitting your ear holes with the most horrific case of torture and murder. (Well, Billy had no part in the decision and was totally against it, but the show must go on.) It is a case so utterly horrible that Erica and Billy thought it would never be covered on the show. But over the past three years of podcasting, several listeners have suggested this case and some other exceptionally horrific cases. Erica decided to accept the challenge and hit the ground running as the show enters its fourth season. Listeners may be lost and there may be some really bad reviews on Itunes, but Erica and Billy say, "Bring it!"

  • This week's episode is the conclusion to the story of Larry Eyler, the gay sadist serial killer of the Midwest who almost didn't get caught. Erica and Billy discuss the life of Eyler, his capture and punishment, and who Billy's man-crush is--you know, the usual. Full of tangents and offensive jokes, this episode may just be the best thing to ever enter your earballs! Or the worst. The jury is still out.

  • Happy Halloween, Snugglebunnies! It's time to get spooky again and there's nothing spookier than a good, old-fashioned haunting. But Erica and Billy aren't going to take you to a haunted location or discuss a person who is haunted. They're going to talk about some of the most haunted objects in the world. And then Billy will ponder why generic, everyday items aren't ever haunted (hence the title). And then Erica and Billy will talk about Storage Wars, but if it were spooky. And Erica is sick (again). And spookiness. And stuff. Enjoy!

  • This week Erica and Billy bring you the conclusion to the crazy story of Donald Harvey, Angel of Death. If you thought the first episode had a lot of murder, then hold on to your murder cap because it's going to get even more murdery! (There's, seriously, a lot of murders.) But never fear! Billy's horrible dad jokes will have you seeing red, so you won't get bogged down by the voluminous numbers of murders. He's really a giver...

**A HUGE thank you to MinimusNoah for the music at the end of each episode. • This week, Erica and Billy discuss one of the most prolific and unique serial killers in America. His crimes spanned 17 years, during which he officially killed 37 people, though some estimates are much higher. He killed men, women, white, black, middle-aged, elderly, using a variety of M.O's through the years. He was so proficient that most of his murders weren't even discovered to be murders until he told the authorities that they were. And also in this episode, lots of laughs, per usual. Make sure you're subscribed so you won't miss part two in two weeks!

  • On the Martinis and the Macabre, Erica and Billy talk a lot about murder. Like, seriously, a LOT. So, every once in awhile it's refreshing to take a stroll in the weird. And what's weirder than some of the world's most curious objects and unexplained happenings? From Roman dodecahedrons to being frozen by "Sub-Zero" temperatures, there's a lot to ponder this episode. When you're done listening, let us know what you think is the hidden story behind each one of the topics on social media! And while you're on the interwebs, leave us a review in binary!

  • Remember when Erica and Billy discussed "Squatters, Incest, and...Octopus?" last season in Episode 50 about the Hinterkaifeck murders? Well, if you haven't listened to it, go do that now and then come back. This case is very similar, except this one was "solved". Or was it? Did the man convicted of murdering 8 people on a farm in North Dakota confess because he was guilty, or were there other factors involved? Can meatballs be put on grilled cheese? And were there really even any murders or are Erica and Billy just talking about a dance party? Hard hitting questions! Things to ponder! A chicken! Let us know your thoughts after the show on social media!

  • Life was a bit strange in England in the 1930's, as is this murder mystery surrounding the murder of a woman bludgeoned to death during an extremely small window of time while her husband was seemingly lured away from the home. But did the husband set up the whole scenario to give himself an alibi or was someone set on getting him away from the house so they could make their move? Erica and Billy will tackle this unsolved case this week, as well as discussing the fine sport of Hammerball. (Don't worry if you don't know the rules-Billy will tell you all about it!) After listening, let us know your thoughts on social media!

They'll also delve into NOT stealing from liquor stores, what qualifies someone as Mormon, NOT stealing from liquor stores, politics, NOT stealing from liquor stores, and butt stuff. (And not stealing from liquor stores.) And there's a special intro from Baller patron Kirsten! Buckle in, cause it's a wild ride!
