  • Sometimes break ups shake you to the core. They deplete your energy, make you question yourself and feel debilitating. Heartbreak is grief. These past few weeks have been a wake up call… A reminder I put my worth in someone else’s hands. I forgot who I was until I saw something today. I wanted to share it in case others are feeling lost.   • Hey everyone! I was super excited when Case agreed to come on the podcast. I've been following him for a while. He has a super cool podcast called, New mindset who dis, which contains great bites of wisdom on mindfulness, dating and relationships. Case has also authored a series of workbooks designed to take people through the process of self-introspection and that's why I wanted to bring him on the podcast. I have his journal, Single is your Superpower, and I was really amazed at how helpful it was. Often we go through the motions of life and don’t take the time to really know ourselves.
