What a year it has been! 32 episodes ago, we started this Norfolk & Good podcast back at the beginning of January 2021.
Almost as soon as it was recorded, we were plunged into another lockdown, and things didn't really start to open up until into the Summer.
Still... not ones to give up easily (we're from Norfolk after all), we continued to drop a weekly pod episode, speaking to some amazing Norfolk people about their businesses, lives, experiences and what they loved most about Norfolk.
In this final episode of 2021, we look back at our Enjoying Norfolk year, playing out with 'Roll The Old Chariot' by Nelson's Shantymen (shared with kind permission), from our most downloaded podcast episode of this year.
Around 50 minutes of unrehearsed, enthusiastic chat with Steph and Andrew of Enjoying Norfolk.
All details (pretty much) correct at time of recording.

Norfolk is a fantastic county if you're a runner. Or indeed, if you want to get in to running - be it as a serious athlete, for fitness, or as a volunteer in the running community.
As well as the amazing views and varying terrain types (road, woodland, beach, trail...), it turns out that if you take up running here, you will be very well supported in your endeavors.
Perhaps taking up running is something you've been considering for 2022? After listening to this, we hope you'll be even more inspired.
In this episode we talk about running in Norfolk with Andrew Lane, Chair of the Norfolk Road Running Committee for Athletics Norfolk , and also (as you'll discover) a significant contributor to the parkrun movement.
Expect just over 50 minutes of relaxed, unrehearsed chat with Steph and Andrew of Enjoying Norfolk, plus our guest Andrew.

Autumnwatch may have finished but enjoying nature in Norfolk is a year round activity.
In this (bumper) episode we talk about nature and wildlife in Norfolk, especially during the Autumn and Winter.
Our guest on this episode is Paul Harfleet, a London-based artist, writer, designer and founder of The Pansy Project and Birds Can Fly.
Birds Can Fly uses stunning art, illustration and design to educate and inspire bird lovers and promote creativity, kindness and acceptance, encouraging an inclusive community of ornithologists and naturalists. We are huge fans.
Since Norfolk is frequently considered to be the best all-round county for birdwatching in the UK, it made absolute sense to feature Paul on this episode.
Expect just over an hour of relaxed, unrehearsed chat with Steph and Andrew of Enjoying Norfolk, plus our guest Paul.
