Dialling in from her studio in Ilminster, Somerset fashion designer Alice Temperley joins Scott and Susan for Personal Threads before heading off to pick up her two new pet Peacocks. As founder of Temperley London, Alice was awarded an MBE in 2011 for services to the fashion industry by Her Majesty the Queen and she has dressed many of the world’s most stylish ladies over the years including the Duchess of Cambridge, Michelle Obama, Madonna, Beyonce, Penelope Cruz and Halle Berry. A born explorer, she gathers much of her inspiration from her travels around the globe and has her own very unique sense of style that mixes a love of craftsmanship and tailoring with clever functionality. Alice looks back and realises her biggest style icon to this day is still her mum, sitting on a tractor with her long hair flowing and her unique no make-up organic brand of farm glam. Alice also shares her secrets to both looking and feeling your best for any occasion.

Scott and Susan welcome Daisy Knatchbull as their guest, someone who has been creating ripples in the sartorial world for years. Daisy takes us through her evolution from a child who idolised her glamorous grandmothers whilst hating ‘pretty dresses’ through to her momentous challenging of the Royal Ascot dress code in 2016, as the first woman to enter the Royal Enclosure wearing the traditional gentleman’s morning suit and top hat. Daisy is 'reshuffling' the tailoring industry as designer and founder of ‘The Deck’; the first women’s tailor to have a shopfront on Savile Row - the most famous men’s clothing street in the world. Recently Daisy has dressed some of the world’s most stylish women including Elle Macpherson, Lauren Hutton, AJ Odudu, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Elizabeth Hurley, Arizona Muse and Gillian Anderson to name a few.

We hear how Paul’s style and tailoring foundations started at a very early age with his passion for the sartorial elegance of 1960s TV series ‘The Avengers’ and weekly payments on his first Burton suits. O’Grady then evolved into the uniquely styled powerdresser that was Lily Savage, and a man that even commissions his pyjamas to be made by some of the finest tailors in the world.
