This week we are joined by the multi-talented Ben Fogg!!
We talk about Fogg's experiences as a teenage producer in Hollywood, how he dealt with the recent death of his father (and the huge tax bill that was his legacy), and being misinterpreted by reviewers.
We also touch on the reaction to Mel Brooks saying comedy is too politically correct, and Owen Benjamin getting banned from a college campus for daring to suggest children should not be pumped with hormones.
Plus Nick has been working with Will Smith!
Another classic. -
Something a little different this week. Nick and Francis guest on a great podcast called Voices in the Dark, hosted by the charming, intelligent, and very physically fit Dre and Jon.
We talk about comedy, the nature of offence, and mental health.
Lots of funny and interesting moments, and Francis displays an insight as a guest that he sorely lacks as a co-host. -

This week we are joined by one of the funniest and most original comedians in the game, Al Lubel!!
Al has appeared on Late Night with David Letterman 5 times! He was even on the Johnny Carson show.
We talk about how Al went from lawyer to comedian, working with Jerry Seinfeld, and The Power of Now.
Plus, Al shares his philosophy of standup and why "Comedy needs lulls".
Al is a fascinating guy and this is definitely one of our best episodes yet! -
This week we are joined by the outrageously hilarious Bobby Mair.
After the initial passive aggression, we talk about his new TV show "Bobby and Harriet Get Married" (out now on Viceland) and weird standup gigs we've done.
Then as usual the whole thing ends with a nasty argument about Trump.
Plus, as a treat for those experiencing the audio version, Bobby gets naked.
Enjoy! -
This week we are joined by top TV stars and creators of the show “Dara O'Briain's Go 8 Bit", McNeil and Pamphilon.
We find out why the corporate overloads of mainstream TV changed the name of their hit show from “McNeil and Pamphilon Go 8 Bit” to the far more appealing but syntactically flawed Dara O'Briain version.
We also go in depth on retro gaming, freedom of speech, and of course why Michelle Obama is really a man.
Top banter with 2 top lads who are technically on TV! -
Nick and Francis catch up to discuss Charlottesville, Venezuela, and of course the Edinburgh comedy awards.
Nick invents the term “Apocaleft”, offers his views on Chelsea Handler, and explains why comedy is not subjective.
Francis largely refuses to be drawn in, except when it comes to the corruption of the Edinburgh festival, which we expose to a career-ending degree.
Next week we return to our guest format, but it was fun to return to our roots, i.e. Nick ranting in an ill-formed, angry manner, and berating Francis at length. -
This week we have the awesome US comic Sean Patton, currently blowing up at the Edinburgh Festival with his show “Number One.”
Sean reveals his extremely dedicated approach to standup comedy, doing 18,000 gigs a night in New York, while Nick and Francis resent being stuck in the barren wasteland of Brexit Britain.
He also explains why the purpose of comedy is not to “smash” the show, and proves that even most talented of American comedians still can’t do a British accent.
This was a very fun show with a hilarious comic who is about to become HUGE. -
Ola the comedian joins us to discuss his Christian faith and how it affects his comedy.
Nick says wildly inappropriate things about some fellow comedians and uses their actual names, because he can't be kept in a box by the system anymore and needs to speak his truth.
Francis talks about the difficulties of having a "racist voice".
Very fun episode, this one flew by! -
This week the caustically hilarious Josh Howie joins Nick and Francis to explain everything about being Jewish.
We talk about the journalist who recently got fired for suggesting Jewish people are better negotiators, and Nick triggers Josh with a clumsy anti-Semitic joke.
Also someone, probably Francis, claims that Jeremy Corbyn is a Holocaust Denier.
You say lawsuit, we say business development strategy. -
This week we talk about the BBC gender pay gap with very funny comedian and Representative of All Women, Tania Edwards.
Nick briefly becomes a men's rights activist having watched the "Red Pill" documentary the night before.
Francis refers to women as "birds" and generally puts his working class foot in it.
A heated debate and a very interesting episode! -
We look at the recent R Kelly scandal with our guest, hilarious standup comedian Julian Deane.
Nick tries to make some serious points about separating art from the artist, while Francis and Julian are more interested in the logistics of running a "sex cult".
We also take a few minutes to solve the issue of abortion.
Our most ill-advised, irresponsible, and frankly idiotic episode yet. -
Top TV comedian Phil Wang joins us as we solve the UK’s class issue once and for all.
Phil tells us what it’s like to go to Cambridge university and tries to relate to commoners Nick and Francis.
He also gives his definition of racism and talks about his experiences being Chinese (or whatever).
Plus we dissect the Rush Hour movie franchise and Nick reveals why he’s better than Shakespeare. -
Future comedy superstar Tom Lucy (born 1996) joins Nick and Francis, as Nick explains the 90s to our young guest.
Tom tells us about his experiences at an elite drama school and how he started standup comedy aged 16.
Nick offers a brilliant analysis of the cultural shift from Gen X to Millenial, while Tom and Francis mock him, terrified of his superior intellect.
One of our funniest and most fun episodes yet! -
Today’s guest is Scott Capurro! As you’ll find out, Scott is one of the funniest and most outspoken comedians on the planet.
We cover a host of gay rights issues, safe in the knowledge that Scott gives us total authority.
And he doesn’t hold back, as he explains to Nick and Francis why DUP leader Arlene Foster is built like a radiator, shares some old showbiz tricks, and reminds us to always be “Careful whose mouth you cum in.”
Possibly our funniest episode yet! -
Special guest episode with one of the most exciting comedians in the UK, Dane Baptiste!
Dane explains his nuanced and well-researched views on race in comedy, while Nick claims Dane's success is all due to "Black Privilege", and Francis searches desperately for a dick joke.
We also talk about the nature of conspiracy theories and solve the mystery of Princess Diana's death.
You're welcome. -
Our first guest! Super cool and super funny comedian Nico Yearwood joins Nick and Francis as they tiptoe around Bill Maher’s use of the N-word, trying not to set off the “Black alarm”.
Francis whitesplains to Nico what the Black Alarm actually is, and Nico reveals the only time he ever uses the N-word.
We also cover Tim Farron’s resignation, Theresa May deciding to end austerity, and the Tory politician who labelled his ex-constituent a “thick chav”. -
Nick and Francis discuss the recent UK general election. Listen and find out:
-Everything you need to know about the DUP
-How Welsh people speak the language of Elves
-Why Scotland should be sawn off and allowed to float into the sea
We also strongly question Theresa May's leadership and resolve all of Ireland's political problems. -
Nick and Francis discuss what it really means to be a psychopath. How being one means that you hate all films apart from SeaBiscuit. And why Nick is obviously not a psychopath as he's not "superficially charming".
-
This week we discuss whether Lou Reed's Walk on the Wild Side really is transphobic, as recently claimed by a Canadian student.
We also look at gender neutral pronouns and why insisting upon their use could be a slippery slope.
Plus Francis probably makes an obscure football analogy, hugely damaging our global reach. -
Nick and Francis share war stories from the nightmare of state school education. Nick wonders why they both had an education worse than their parents and suggests bringing back grammar schools. Francis talks about his fall from grace when he was forced to leave the sweet sweet privilege of private school.
