  • My best friend picked me up at the airport with my favorite flowers and she brought me my favorite drink nice and cold. She wrote me a cute sign too. It got me thinking about feminine attention to detail. A woman doesn’t want a man to get her flowers because she asked him too, a woman wants a man to get her flowers because he KNOWS that she wants them, and he knows exactly what kind of flowers to get her. The feminine heart has a thing for detail. Detail is the little cherry on top, that displays that one cares. Life is sweeter because of the little things. You know how you love to browse on Pinterest and saunter through Target, or Home Goods? What new thing can you stumble on today, to beautify your life? What if you understood that the desires of your feminine heart were put there by God, and the feminine things you innocently love are revelations of your purpose? The goal is to live life alongside God…integration, union. It’s not “I go to Church on Sunday, and then don’t think about my faith, the rest of the week.” It’s “Everything in my life is a continuation of revelation of the beauty and gifts from above, and everything I love leads me closer to God.” The love to browse and shop, pour that into making spaces beautiful, making a house a home. Cultivating design. Decorating. Hosting. It’s the warmth of beauty and detail in a woman’s heart that turns white walls into a cozy and beautiful space. God calls women to make a house a home, why do you think we love to shop so much? The love to shop for clothes, pour that into feminine dress that reveals the beauty of womanhood, and your love of being a woman and dressing femininely. The love for detail, pour that into everything you do, thus making life sweeter. Each and every one of these things can and should be applied to your faith, and can glorify God. This is how you begin living life unified with The Lord, and thriving in your femininity on a spiritual level. You take the natural things you love and apply it to the supernatural. Woman is a revelation of beauty. The things we love reveal to us the call of beauty on our lives. God can be found in the details. It’s why He put a love for them in our feminine hearts. In this episode I also discuss allowing The Lord to bring beautiful details into your life that touch your feminine heart, and how that enhances your relationship with Him. I discuss the beauty of details in various aspects of our lives, the details of Divine Providence, how Jesus loves us intentionally with detail and more!

“Start looking for God in the things that you love.”

“Life is so much more beautiful when you find God in the details.”

“The Lord loves us in such detail, He doesn’t just love us in a generalized sense. He says “I know every hair on your head, I know when one falls.” - what a detail. We love as women in a detailed way. What a beautiful thing to be loved in a detailed way.”

  • Cycle syncing is arranging your life depending upon where you are in your cycle, to optimize your life in various aspects. Different habits, exercise, routines, nutrition, socialization, events, etc depending upon what phase of your cycle you are in.

Womanhood has four phases/seasons - Follicular : Spring, Ovulation : Summer, Luteal : Fall, Menstruation : Winter

I want to take cycle syncing a step further and talk about applying it to your spiritual life. Applying cycle syncing to your spiritual life will help you to: thrive spiritually, combat sin, dwell in harmony, and be in tune with your femininity on not just a physical but spiritual level. For example, when you’re in your Follicular phase (Spring) and you feel fantastic, your spiritual life is going great! You can read that book, pray The Rosary, finish that novena, it’s easy! Then the Luteal Phase (Fall) rolls around and you begin slowing down and feeling more emotional. Understanding that during this time of the month, you are prone to higher emotions allows you to work through them, without your spiritual life toppling over due to overwhelm. Perhaps your faith gets rocky during this time of month and you could never figure out why this happens, or you start becoming more scrupulous when just last week you were doing so great, or all those prayers you were praying now seem like a task instead of a breeze. Wonder why chastity is so difficult all of a sudden? You’re probably ovulating! As women, we go through a different season each week of the month, and if you’re not dwelling in harmony, things can be more difficult than they need to be. Changing up your prayer routine and habits depending upon where you are in your cycle will help improve your spiritual life.

The push for women to do everything men can do has severely hurt women - hence the lack of honor and understanding of the uniquely beautiful cycle of a woman. Honoring your feminine cycle, and working with your body and soul, instead of against it, allows you to dwell in harmony and peace, and flourish in your femininity. What does a world of healed and whole women who dwell in harmony, and are in tune with their femininity look like?

Cycle syncing is arranging your life to your advantage. Understand that the enemy works with the modern world to work against you.

It’s time to take the whole of your femininity back and thrive in all aspects of your life.

  • In this episode I discuss what it means to be a “Remembered Woman.” Many women tell me that they would like to begin veiling at Church but are nervous to be the only one doing so, and or nervous to stand out.

If this is you, you need to put on your KINGDOM IDENTITY as “The remembered woman.” I’ll give you an example. While in France, I saw Saint Joan of Arc everywhere! A Gigantic golden statue of her riding her horse in the middle of the street in Paris! She’s in churches, restaurants, Joan of Arc is everywhere. She is a REMEMBERED WOMAN. What do the Saints all have in common? They are REMEMBERED, centuries later! Statues, prayer cards, chaplets, Churches named after them, schools, hospitals, people, they are invoked at Mass, there’s litanies, novenas, you name it they have it! Think of the iconic and remembered women throughout history…Marie Antoinette…remembered centuries later, I just bought a bust of her in Versailles!

How do you plan to reach Sainthood if you are nervous about being remembered, when being remembered is exactly what God is asking of you?

If you are the only woman veiling at Church, let your feminine beauty be a witness to all. While in France, the only women I saw wearing a veil inside the Churches was my mother and myself. I was a bit shocked, because we were at reverent masses. Veiling is an outward expression of feminine beauty, and feminine beauty attracts, captivates, and is a big evangelization tool.

One big thing I see Catholic women struggle with is confidence. Insecurity is not humility. If God wanted you to live a completely hidden life with nobody looking at you, He would call you to the cloister. While that’s a beautiful vocation, it’s important to understand just what your own call entails. God calls those in the world to help change the world. To those called to the married life the call is to be fruitful and multiply. Essentially, God wants to create other faces from your face. Which tells us it’s a call to be SEEN, to leave a mark on the world, leave a legacy. A rich and beautiful interior hidden life with The Lord is what we are called to have. We are not to hide the gift of ourselves from the aching world that needs our witness.

Do not be afraid to be seen and remembered, women. After all that’s what Saints are….the remembered!

  • In this episode I discuss feminine virtue. Discussion points in this episode include the blossoming of femininity, bearing fruit and cultivating virtue, proper feminine disposition, The Ten Principal Virtues of The Blessed Virgin Mary, discovering the titles God has for you, confidence, purpose, femininity inspires masculinity, the importance of maintaining feminine virtue in your relationship with Jesus, and more!

One important discussion point in this episode that I want to make sure to point out to you is the concept of discovering the titles that God has for you. If you look at a litany of The Blessed Virgin Mary, it invokes Her using many different titles, ( Mother of God, Mother Most Pure, Seat of Wisdom, Queen of Angels, etc ) The Blessed Virgin Mary is the Woman whom God found favor in, and who God deemed to be “full of grace” ( Luke 1:27) so much so that She was worthy to be His Mother. Mary was able to receive the titles God had for Her, because She was operating out of a divine feminine state; by being a grace filled Woman, who was wholly surrendered and receptive to the will of God. In order to hear and receive the titles God has for us, we need to be women who’s souls are filled with feminine virtue. We are all called to be Saints. So what are the titles God bestows upon you, in your own litany?

“When you are a virtuous and holy woman, God is able to tell you who you are, because you are able to receive it.” If Archangel Gabriel, appeared to you and told you God has found favor with you, and wants you to be The Mother of The Savior of the world….you would probably freak out wouldn’t you? Sometimes God expects big things from us, and unless a high level of virtue is found within our souls, we reject it; due to our lack surrender, trust, virtue etc. Mary being able to surrender Herself completely to the will of God, when God was asking so much of Her, perfectly displays Her feminine virtue; and thus allowed Her to receive the title of “Mother of God” that God had for Her. Perhaps your lack of virtue is preventing you from receiving the titles God has for you; as a lot of the time we prevent God from telling us who we are, and what we should be doing, because we lack the virtue we need to be able to hear it and receive it.

I recommend making yourself familiar with the ten principal virtues of The Blessed Virgin Mary, ( Profound humility, Lively faith, Blind obedience, Continual prayer, Universal mortification, Divine purity, Ardent charity, Heroic patience, Angelic sweetness, Divine wisdom.) Think about if you see any of these virtues in yourself, and ask The Lord to bring them into full bloom. If we pick two or three of these virtues that we think we sort of have, or that we see God wants to gift us with; it’s beneficial to focus on them and ask Jesus to cultivate these virtues within us.

  • In this episode I discuss the importance of maintaining your feminine attractiveness and essence if you are a woman called to live in the world and or enter into married life. The vast majority of canonized Saints in The Catholic Church are in the religious life. There are very few canonized married saints, which means the preconceived idea of “holiness” looks like a nun or a priest. Now, if you are not called to live in a cloister, but called to live in the world and or called to the married life, holiness is going to look different for you. The call of marriage is to be fruitful and multiply, and in order to be fruitful and multiply, well you have to be attracted to somebody! As a woman, you naturally want to feel beautiful, confident, and sexy. It is possible to maintain your feminine essence and attractiveness and achieve holiness while still being modest and elegant!

Failure to understand this results in two things : Women think modesty and holiness means appearing less attractive and dressing frumpy, so they feel out of touch with their natural feminine essence, end up rejecting modesty, and fall into deep sin. Or they become extremely uptight and rigid, feel like a shell of themselves and have a warped view of purity; which results in feeling like their natural attractiveness as a woman is “bad.” Both of these are wrong! Maintaining your feminine essence is what will propel you into further holiness as a woman called to live in the world / get married, because the call to live in the world is a call to change the world. In order to change the world you first have to be able to appeal to the world, so people will want to listen to what you have to say. This is called effective evangelization. People flocked to Jesus because He was charismatic and eloquent.

Men and women in religious life often cut or shave their hair and wear large habits to conceal the body, there is effort to not appear physically attractive in the same way that a women called to the married life may appear, because they have taken vows of lifelong celibacy. Therefore holiness and modesty is going to look different for the two, as the call to live in the world is different than the call to live in a cloister. Many women struggle with scrupulosity over how they can become holy while still enjoying life. Some of the saints were doing extreme things such as sleeping on the ground with a rock as a pillow, and doing extreme fasts and mortifications. Now if you’re a woman called to bear children, doing that would negatively impact your health and fertility. So it’s important to understand that the path to holiness will exteriorly look different for you, then what you read about in the lives of the saints who are in the religious life.

Sainthood and sanctification are achieved by wholeheartedly living out your state in life. Part of the discernment process for marriage includes needing to be attracted to someone. You want a holy, virtuous, and hot spouse! (Lol)

God is raising up new Saints! People who live in the world, appeal to the world, and help change the world.

  • In this episode I discuss how a mystical experience I had while on a Church pilgrimage to The Holy Land changed the trajectory of my life. I discuss how God has captured my heart throughout my life with beauty. I discuss my spirituality, and encourage you to find the spirituality that works for you. I believe that the way in which God captures your heart, is the way in which He would like your devotion.

In The Church there are Doctors, Scholars, Martyrs, Mystics, “Little Souls” so on and so forth. Saint Therese of Lisieux has a quote saying, “The splendor of the rose and the whiteness of the lily do not rob the little violet of its scent nor the daisy of its simple charm. If every tiny flower wanted to be a rose, spring would lose its loveliness.” God captures each individual heart in the way best fit for them. I have just finished writing my first book, which I believe is a fresh spirituality to offer to The Church, appealing to the feminine heart.

Your personal spirituality is what will lead you on the path to sanctity and ultimately to paradise. Becoming the woman God created you to be entails serving God in the way you best know how to. God has given each of us special gifts and talents. I like to think of my life as a love-letter from God, and what I do with my life as my love-letter back to Him.

  • In this episode I discuss the importance of knowing Christ as who He is coming back as; the three levels of the spiritual life that Jesus has taught me about : Resurrection, Transformation, and Ascension. I discuss the parallels between the two sides of Christ - Meek Lamb & Lion of Judah, and how that is reflected in feminine nature, as well as the importance of being transformed into who God created you to be. Many people are staying at the “Good-Catholic” level, which is “not-sinning” and doing as they ought, but not going the extra step into allowing themselves to become transformed.

You know Jesus as The Meek Lamb of God, and The Good Shepherd, but do you know Him as The Lion of Judah? Jesus came into the world as a Defenseless Baby, He came into the world as The Meek Lamb of God. He is returning to the world, as The Lion of Judah, the fierce and passionate King and Bridegroom looking to collect His Bride, who is The Church. You need to know Christ as who He is coming back as. I believe there is a gigantic lack of people knowing Christ as The Lion of Judah, because Christ is coming back to collect a Spotless Bride, (the key word here is spotless), and since people are not allowing themselves to be transformed hence “become spotless” they are largely unfamiliar with the just who the coming King is, and don’t know Jesus as the Lion of Judah, as The Bridegroom.

The meek, docile, sensitive part of our womanhood is the lamb within us. The passionate, wild, alluring part of our womanhood is the lioness within us. Jesus is The Lamb of God, He is also the Lion of Judah. Divine femininity is a woman in tune and in harmony with both. Since women are not as familiar with Jesus as The Lion of Judah, they therefore are unsure of what to do with the lioness within them. Hence majority of woman are struggling with sins of the flesh. Just take a look at our culture, immodesty, promiscuity, and lust is the norm. Women are not taught how to let their natural passion flow into divinity, so they largely operate out of fallen femininity.

A great example is Mary Magdalene. Once operating out of fallen femininity which led her into sin, once she denounced sin, she began unlocking her divine femininity and directed her passion towards Christ, and thus went from having seven demons cast out of her, to becoming the woman who was given the task of announcing The Resurrection.

It’s time for Catholic women to understand their divine femininity. “Not-sinning” but remaining in a state less than divine feminine fire, is not going to cut it anymore. Transformation is about becoming who you were created to be, before sin entered the world; which is a woman bathed in divinity, who oozes the electric radiance of eternity.

It’s time to know Jesus The Lion of Judah, and thus be familiar with The Lioness within you. It’s time for intense devotion to spring forth, to be set on fire with zeal, and to thus be transformed. It is like a domino effect, one by one as we each become transformed we help the Church become transformed at large, thus making The Church ready to be The Spotless Bride presented to Christ.

"The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold, The Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!" - John 1 :29

"And one of the elders said to me, “Weep no more; behold, The Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that He can open the scroll and its seven seals.” - Revelation 5 :5

“His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS” - Revelation 19:12-16

I want to add clarification over what I mention Jesus said to me in my personal prayer, “Show Me who you are when you let your hair down.” I want to clarify that He was speaking figuratively to convey the message He desired to convey to me, which was the juxtaposition between “hair uptight” and “hair down” meaning restricted femininity vs femininity flowing freely, and the feminine nature of a woman’s hair being the symbol used to convey this message. To give an example, nuns do not have biological children of their own but are deemed “mothers” through spiritual motherhood. Some orders have “hair cutting” ceremonies, where they cut the hair off the woman taking the vows. Despite the woman entering into religious life loosing her hair via the chop, spiritually speaking the feminine beauty conveyed through the long flowing hair of a woman, is maintained. The emphasis is placed upon spiritual essence, rather than solely physical appearance. Women are to veil at Mass, and while in prayer. (1 Corinthians 11:5-6) As a woman who veils myself, and is an avid proclaimer of the beauty and necessity of veiling, I understand that The Lord asking me to “let my hair down” means to unveil myself before Him without restraint, and allow my femininity to flow and blossom. Hence the common saying, “Let your hair down, let loose.” Jesus often speaks in parables, gives analogies, and uses metaphorical language, which we behold many times throughout Scripture. I am being reminded of Mary Magdalene literally wiping The Feet of Our Lord with her hair. ( Luke 7:38) Thus she had truly “showed The Lord who she was, when she let her hair down.” A repentant woman, with deep love.

Saint Mary Magdalene, pray for us.

  • In this episode I discuss how the modern secularization of marriage has blurred in most, the vocational call of marriage; to help build the Domestic Church and be an earthly reflection of Christ and His Bride, The Catholic Church. In understanding the marriage between Christ The Bridegroom, and His Bride, earthly marriage can be properly understood. It is only by putting God first, and understanding Heavenly truths that the vocational aspect of marriage can be properly lived out, and understood in the spiritual sense of cultivating the Domestic Church.

Two people who have allowed themselves to be transformed by God, and who are actively striving for Sainthood, can bring forth great fruit for the Kingdom via their marriage. Hence the devil has been on a mission to infiltrate the Church with the secularization of marriage, watering down the true call for a husband and wife to be an earthly reflection of Christ and The Church.

"Husbands, love your wives, as Christ also loved the Church, and delivered Himself up for Her." - Ephesians 5:25

"Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the Church, His body, of which He is the Savior." - Ephesians 5:22- 23

The problem is sin. In eradicating sin and striving for greatness, a man can become virtuous and Christ-like, and a woman can become virtuous and reflect The Bride of Christ. Unfortunately, many Catholics have gotten comfortable living in a lukewarm state, and prevent themselves from spiritually advancing; thus not properly living out the vocational call of marriage to be a witness to the marriage between Christ and His Church.

The Good News, is that zeal and sanctification are made available to you, and Christ The Bridegroom is coming to restore and replenish hearts.

The books I mention in this episode are “Three To Get Married” by Fulton J Sheen and “Interior Castle” by Saint Teresa of Avila.

  • In this episode I discuss the role of a woman as Bride, the calling to be a Divine Royal and thus display proper disposition; the desire to behold the beauty of The Kingdom, and discover deep healing. If women understood who they actually are called to be, there would be less immodesty, and instead a yearning to the high elegance of modest fashion, to thus resemble their true identity as Daughter of The Queen of Heaven, and as being espoused to The Prince of Peace. If you examine the elegant wardrobe of Royals, there is certain protocol. Not to dress vulgar but to thus display one’s role of royalty via the way one dresses. Walk the walk, and talk the talk. There is proper etiquette to be had as a Royal, therefore in being a Divine Royal, as part of the Heavenly Monarchy, there is certain protocol to be maintained; modest dress, appropriate words, a heart filled with love and charity, so on and so forth. God is calling you to dwell in The Eternal Courts of beauty. In order to become the woman that God has called you to be, healing of mind, body, and soul must take place. In healing the whole person, the woman begins to recognize her true identity, and walk in the path of righteousness.

The beauty to which the heart of a women is attracted to, reveals to her the eternal beauty she is to behold. It is estimated that 1.9 billion people tuned in to the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Megan Markle. The human soul was created to attend the Royal Wedding Feast of Christ and His Bride The Church, The Wedding of The Lamb; and it is thus fascinated by earthly displays of Royalty and grandeur. That which humanity takes a strong liking to, reveals divine truths.

We sin, because we do not know our identity. Upon knowing who you were created to be, anything less than virtue is disrespecting yourself, and is a disservice to who God created you to be.

  • In this episode I explain how to hear the voice of Jesus and cultivate a personal relationship with Him. I share beautiful words Jesus spoke to me in Eucharistic Adoration about how to hear His voice. Jesus is a friend of silence, and His voice is a gentle whisper. The excess noise of the world distracts and prevents the soul from hearing the voice of The Lord. One who is not listening attentively, cannot hear the voice of a whisper. Silence and interior recollection is needed in order to hear the voice of The Lord. Jesus is a Gentleman and knocks gently on the door of our hearts. He does not barge in, but rather waits patiently until we direct our free will towards Him and invite Him in. By heeding to the gentle knocks of Jesus and inviting Him into our heart-homes, He is able to heal and commune with us.

  • In the litany of Mary Magdalene there is a line that refers to her as a “Constant Woman” : “Wounded with the love of Christ, Most dear to the Heart of Jesus, Constant woman, Last at the Cross of Jesus, first at His tomb.” ( Taken from The Litany of Saint Mary Magdalene) In this episode I discuss what it means to be a “Constant Woman” and what living in a state of constant womanhood looks like. It is no coincidence that a woman, she who is the bearer of life, was chosen to be the first to witness and proclaim Christ rising from the dead, thus opening the portals to everlasting life. A “Constant Woman” is a woman who knows that the whole of her life is supposed to be a testament to The Resurrection.

  • In Episode 1, I discuss how the desires of our feminine hearts lead us directly to The Lord if we allow them to. As little girls we want to be princesses, and have our very own prince charming come rescue us. We love playing dress up, and surrounding ourselves with beauty. How wonderful to know that God intends to fulfill all the pure desires of our innocent hearts; and that the pure feminine things that we love and desire actually reveal to us our purpose as women. Christ is King, His Mother Mary is Queen, and as a Daughter of The Queen of Heaven, that makes you a princess! Jesus is The Prince of Peace who died to save you, and will one day take you to be with Him eternally in His Kingdom. We love princess movies for a reason, ladies. Knowing our true identities as Daughters of The Queen of Heaven, changes everything. In comes the qualities of a Godly woman who knows her great value : virtue, class, modesty, sweetness, faith, poise. It is by looking to our Heavenly Mother Mary and allowing her to nurture the desires of our hearts, that we find our feminine love for beauty turning into a love for holy beauty, and thus taking us on the road to holiness. It’s about opening the desires of our hearts to The Lord & His Mother and allowing them to bring these desires into fulfillment in a holy light. Oh, and I also talk about the feminine heart and Taylor Swift lyrics. So be sure to tune in.

  • Introducing my podcast “Purpose For Paradise”

God created you with a purpose, and that purpose is for paradise! “Purpose For Paradise” is a podcast about becoming the woman God created you to be. The essence of femininity is revealed in The Eternal Woman, The Holy Mother of God. As a daughter looks to her mother to learn how to be a woman, so do we look to our Heavenly Mother to learn how to be Godly women. Purpose For Paradise is for she who is ready to become the woman God created her to be.
