Bre Tuttle is the designer behind Bre T Quilt Designs. She is a stay-at-home mom to four goofy boys, located on a small farm in Northeast Indiana. She started quilting in 2017 and hasn’t looked back. Not only does she love designing quilts with bright and modern fabrics, but she also loves all of the local and online connections she has been able to make through quilting. The quilting community truly is the best! When she is not quilting or fabric shopping (two separate hobbies!) you can find her chasing kids or sitting on the front porch with a glass of sweet tea.

Erin Grogan is the pattern designer and founder of Love Sew Modern and was introduced to sewing by her grandmother, a professional seamstress. Time spent with her grandmother each summer sparked her love for design and Erin dreamed of one day becoming a clothing designer.
During her first trip to a modern quilt shop in 2017, Erin took one look at all the bright and bold fabrics and modern quilts she knew instantly knew she wanted to become a quilter. She left her corporate job to focus on growing her dream, Love Sew Modern.
Erin resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, two children, and her puppy Tula (yes, named after the amazing fabric designer Tula Pink!) Welcome Erin to the show!

Jenn Smith started quilting about 15 years ago but put quilting on the backburner when kids came into the picture. Now, with the kids all in school, she’s sewing and quilting again and hasn’t looked back. After a few years of making quilts and pattern testing, she decided to take it one step further and start at the beginning of the creative process--writing her own quilt patterns. Jenn loves modern quilts and the freedom they give her in choosing colors and shapes and , as well as giving the negative space the same weight as the space which is filled with color.

Morgan is a New Zealand based quilt pattern designer who is fascinated by the combination of modern graphic design and traditional quilting techniques. She puts her heart and soul into her patterns, which feature interesting construction methods and thoughtful extras. She spends most of her time working on the next design in the pipeline, and not nearly enough time working on her presence on Instagram. By day, Erin is a policy researcher, working to make K-12 schools more equitable and college more affordable. By afternoons and evenings, she quilts and crafts. Erin is Mexican-American and uses her quilt designs and colors to connect with her family’s cultural heritage. Her mother gave her a passion for sewing – every time she sits at her sewing machine, it’s like a conversation with the women makers in her family.
Erin likes to start designing quilt patterns by studying the lines of modern and ancient architecture, and picks her colors by looking at fields and farms. Juli Rae Brown
Juli Rae Brown is an independent artist and owner of Luz y Sombra Fiber Art Co. After fifteen years as a language teacher, she started this little creative business to break from the routine of life and take a chance on doing what she truly loves. She finds so much satisfaction working and creating with her hands. She finds inspiration from nature, literature, and travels, which have taken her all over the world including Chile, Ecuador, Turkey, and India.
In addition to making quilts and writing quilt patterns, she is currently working on designing her own surface pattern collection in the hopes of one day releasing her own pattern line. When she’s not at her sewing machine, you can usually find her on a yoga mat, riding a bicycle, or hanging out in a hammock. She currently lives in Seattle, WA with her partner, rescue dog, and soon to be new little human (expected to arrive September 2021).

Trevor started his love of crafts in 7th grade when his grandmother taught him to knit, so why not learn another? Well, he fell in love with quilting and hasn’t stopped! Trevor currently lives in Wisconsin and sells his quilt patterns to help fund his future education in France! -
Brooke Shankland
Brooke is the designer and maker behind Eudaimonia Studio, which she founded to join her passions for philosophy and modern quilting. Having picked up sewing in 2016, she was quickly captivated by the many steps of the quilting process, and soon after began creating her own designs.
Brooke lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her partner and spunky dog, Ace, where they enjoy all the outdoor activities the mountains have to offer.
