In this episode, we’re back with another chaotic and unfiltered conversation, diving into anime, reactions, and some unexpected twists.
We break down episode 2 of We’re Playing Death Games to Put Food on My Table and try to make sense of what’s going on — from confusing opening visuals to character decisions that had us questioning everything. We get into the dynamic between Yuki and Mashiro, debating leadership, trust, and whether Yuki was actually lying or just playing the game smarter than everyone else.
On top of that, we dive into Gnosia and its ending — including a twist that, in hindsight, we probably should’ve seen coming… but didn’t. We talk through the conclusion, what made it hit, and why it still caught us off guard.
Expect plenty of side tangents, laughs, and real-time reactions as we try to piece everything together.

Floor Cleared. A new party member has joined.
Welcome to the next descent.
In this episode, my wife has officially joined me as the podcast enters a brand-new floor -- and our first challenge is surviving the boss fight known as transitioning to a duo setup. Technical issues were fought, lessons were learned, and choad absolutey spawned.
After clearing that encounter, we swap stories about my buddy Vincy707 and our time on CPT, before moving into side quests -- including my thoughts on A Working Man and a breakdown of episodes 3 through 6 of Old Country Bumpkin to Swordmaster.
The adventure continues with gaming tales, from the highs (and questionable teamwork) of Overwatch to my surprisingly intense solo encounters in Arc Raiders -- where trusting no one somehow works out better.
We also unlock bonus dialogue about bowling and my new ball, followed by a full rage segment about work, the new employee we hired, and the daily trail of watching someone fail spectacularly at basic tasks.
To close the run, my wife shares her thoughts on Shiboyugi before we roll out our temporary outro and social plugs.
New floor. New Party member. Same Chaos.
The descent continues.

In this episode, I review a handful of anime, sharing thoughts on what’s been hitting, what’s been missing, and what’s worth your time. I also introduce a brand-new segment called Arc Raider Ramble, where I go on a candid (and slightly unhinged) rant about a friend’s questionable decisions that cost us fights we absolutely should’ve won — a lesson in tactics, teamwork, and what not to do.
To close things out, I briefly talk about why this episode may be the last SoloQueue — not as an ending, but as a turning point. The format is about to change, and future episodes won’t be running solo for much longer.
The party’s about to fill...

YOOOO, this is SoloQueueOtaku back with another episode.
I give my ratings for the anime (at the time of recording) from the letters T through Z. Getting through the alphabet on Crunchyroll was a bit challenging for me for no reason. I'm glad I was able to do it. Hopefully, I can continue and/or bring joy to any listeners and haters. Follow me on Twitter/X @SoloQueueOtaku

Here's part dos of my AniRate Series where I give my OWN PERSONAL ratings on the anime that I've watched on Crunchyroll. Also adding more anime to my ever-growing watchlist. If I dropped the anime it automatically gets a 1/10 rating unless I go back and give it another chance, and if I remember to I will update the rating in a later episode. Again as always give this podcast a follow, share it with your friends, family, or enemies, and follow at https://twitter.com/soloqueueotaku

I honestly had to take a break from this. I wanted to do something different from my other content. I wanted to start a temporary series of anime I've watched and give a rating based on what I've seen. If I dropped the anime it automatically gets a 1/10 rating unless I go back and give it another chance, and if I remember to I will update the rating in a later episode. Again as always give this podcast a follow, share it with your friends, and follow at https://twitter.com/soloqueueotaku

This content is a few weeks late, but I'm trying to keep up with anime as best as I can. I complain about my buddy not really being prepared for a podcast. Rambling about when I started watching anime and recommending watching One Piece on OnePace.net. JJK Episodes 1, 2, and 3 (10:10)
Jobless Reincarnation (24:10) Episodes 1 and 2.
I will try to have better audio soon.
